Hey Jess I just came across your channel I love your videos and you are very pretty and sweet, of course you seem very knowledgeable It's been quite a while since I worked with female HVAC-R techs In my days I trained many female techs I enjoyed teaching them. I been in the trade for 52 years and now retired I am so happy I found your channel, I will be following you and again thanks for great vids Stay safe And be sure to use a meter for safety I used a Fluke T5 -1000 it's handy and a real good meter, until later Jess

30 deg c is 86 deg F, I understand that you are in the great white north!, In Arkansas mid to upper 90 deg F (97deg F = 35 deg C) add to that %60 to %70 humidity, we don't use saunas! lol!

"zap straps" is the best saying for zip ties, especially when it come to low voltage/data cabling/coax, where they get over tensioned and run the cabling.
more people need to call them that. 🤣

Re: runs not long enough. How do you measure and account for the missing 8ft?

Did those two mini-splits replace an existing central air conditioner, or were they additional add-on units?

These are a brand new addition to the house. They previously have no central air conditioning.

Got to, Got-to, GOT-TO schedule that ongoing maintenance, or your equipment & systems will do that for you (*Surprise !), as the saying goes ! 10 Points & a Gold Star, for all the efforts on that closed fire-damper; no wonder it couldn't be done, with all that closed around it ! What a Great, new work-light set-up ! That WAS a long run, exceeding the 50-foot length ! Now, that's one gracious Host, making & serving a home-made Lunch !
