  • The top five skills of the best strategy consultants I've worked with. These are not the traditional "top 5" list type skills you read about. All of these take years, practice and feedback to obtain.

100 percent agree! Especially trying to disprove your thinking at every point. It's a gamechanger. 🙌🏽

    ■ I've watched several of your videos. One element I find very refreshing is that you are a genuine person with a genuine presence! Additionally, you are not afraid to use concepts and ideas in a daring - even challenging - discourse. The way you speak includes some skills and features that most english-speaking people have lost in the recent two-three decades (a phenomenon closely related to the "dumbing down" of society). So far this is the best of your videos that I've watched!
    ■ The skills you list are certainly u n e x p e c t e d (especially if we compare them to what's on the mind of most young professionals); it takes a very courageous person to say "I value these" instead of other, more common skills that are widely believed as necessary. Additionally, it takes a special person to actually desire to pursue and cultivate such skills, both on the moral and emotional level of one's being, as well as on the intellectual.
    ■ Thank you!

Minto's pyramid principle is the classic. A bit dull to read but helpful
