I can't wait to get back to the states and really get my fitness business created. I have 2 months left in Japan. I work at a gym on a military base. Ever since finishing your D2D course, I have been using your workout routines with gym patrons and PT clients and have received positive feedback. I have not been able to implement the information from the business modules because I am an employee of thhe government and most of that information does not apply due to strict marketing regulations. But because of your course and my fitness education, I feel that I am more than prepared (and confident) to find employment in a statside fitness center. But my ultimate goal IS to run my own bootcamp. Thanks for everything you do! (Sorry for the long comment)
Cool video. Ty. I just got started with compound exercises and really love them. When doing exercises like your workout, how often should I do them per week? I have been doing a few compound then a few isolation with treadmill on either side of my workout. I currently hit the gym 5 days a week
In the 2 extremes where you have a client that finishes in 20 minutes vs. the client that finishes in 40 minutes, what is the client doing during the time that he/she is waiting for the other client to finish? Is he/she standing/sitting around or do you put him/her through the the cooldown and allow him/her to leave?
