    Great workout! In terms of timings for the second phase, how long or how many reps do you get them to do each exercise in between sprints?

    Thanks so much for your help! I've been teaching fitness classes for about a year now, but I feel like I still have trouble knowing when to increase/decrease the intensity of a workout. I find that I am often worried about possibly asking them for too much more than anything. Would you be able to give me some cues to look for that will help me better asses the physical capabilities/energy levels of my clients during a workout?

    Thanks for giving me ideas! I’m in high school and I’m a PTL for AFJROTC and the PT commander for or honor guard PT team and I was looking for some good group workouts for practice. Definitely incorporated some of these exercises into our PT plans!

    I want to do this. My question is can I do this with out a permit?? Groip of people?

      Not sure depends on your city, reach out to them and find out. Or just hit a park and do it until they show up. Thats what I did, 14 years later still a no show!!!!

      I’m constantly correcting my clients but for the minute that I was filming I wasn’t on them.
