@@sloppy-doppy it shows you in the video, the sewer entrance. It’s surrounded by fencing, kinda near the beach entrance, says sewer on it
I assumed they meant it took a while to realize you could enter from the forest, but they may have meant just in general, in which case they wouldn’t have entered the sewer from anywhere

Here's one for co-op,
If you place down an item like a furnace or anything that needs a pickaxe to mine so including gems in the mines.
If you and the other players hit it all at the same time, it will duplicate so iridium sprinklers you can also duplicate with other people.
you can do it with items too if you have a table

Later on when you get to ginger island and unlock the relevant place, you can buy mushroom tree seeds using a special currency. (I tried to avoid spoilers best I could for those who haven't gone there yet)

In multi player, you can buy more than one iridium sprinkler every Friday. My husband and I both go there at the same time and open up the menu together. We are able to get two a week which is amazing!!

Iridium is free is u get the statue from grandpas shrine then place it fill ur inventory. Hit it so it can be picked up( but ur inv is full so it will stay there) then just go grab another statue from shrine and repeat lol

If you don't want to wait for a random night event to cause them to start growing in a random place on your farm, there's a place at ginger island that you can unlock at the leftmost part of the island that will sell the seeds to grow them wherever you want.

It's got a low probability, only on maple trees, and only in the last 2 weeks of fall. You might just not have shook enough trees of the right kind at the right time to have it happen and notice it.
@@maysee2515 oh yeah thats prob it. im usually making bank at the last weeks of fall and dont need a hazelnut unless for bundles or cooking. its a good tip for if you really need one tho!
Fun fact if you buy something from the sewers and after buying 1 sprinkler you can exit the trade menu and re-enter it to buy 1 more you can do this infinitely and you can do it to from the trader next to the secret forest

If you unlock ginger island, then you can discover a place on the left most portion of the island that will sell mushroom tree seeds once you unlock it

My first play through ages ago, Krobus selling Iridium sprinklers saved my ass, cuz mining for Iridium with no bombs sucks balls and I'm still broke so can't exactly mass produce bombs.

How do you get more into the cindersap forest? I know how to get to the area with three stumps, but I can’t seem to get any further. Either that or the cindersap forest is something different.
Heads up, if you play multiplayer both people can buy the sprinkler at the same time and get 2 sprinklers
On multiplayer you can duplicate anything by breaking it on the ground about half a second after the first player

Just figured the krobus one out last night by chance
Also if anyone wants to know how to dupe
Two players on the left and right side of the placed item and both hit it at the same time. Better on split screen so no ping delay and then repeat. You can also make good money off of duping the sprinklers. You can also dupe trees rocks and other placeable items. You cant dupe chests as far as I know with this bug but still. Very useful for beginners or people who don’t want to craft crystalariums or kegs and for duping one time items like the iridiam bear from getting all 4 lights on the farm.

Also you don't have to max out your skills just fully upgrade your house(saying this for the wiki btw

Hell nah, 10.000g for an iridium sprinkler its robbery, end game can be ok but in that moment you should have already like 20 or more
I am going to disagree. End game, you should have easy access to iridium making it a rip-off and inconvenient to visit the sewers once per week to get one sprinkler.
Earlier, before you can comfortably dive into Skull Caverns, I would gladly pay $10k for a half dozen in my greenhouse. Eight extra planting spots for three batches of Starfruit wine will more than pay for it while I focus on upgrading tools, building crystalariums, fixing the boat, and getting sprinklers for outdoor farms with my limited iridium ore.

unless they fixed it... you used to be able to buy an IridiumSprinkler, then leave the sewers+comeback & buy another.
You didn't even need to leave the sewer, just close and open the shop menu.
It was patched though, so now it's just one sprinkler per friday.

With stardew, even veterans usually find new things out every time they play. These tips are less obvious to newer players
Just becuase you're a vet who knows stuff about the game, soesn't mean everyone know everything.

Depends on your access to the crafting materials. It requires an iridium bar (sells for 1500 g), a gold bar (250g), and a battery pack (500g). That’s 2250g instead of 10,000g. However, if you’re not at level 9 or don’t have a lot of the crafting items, it’s worth it

10,000 is actually really good depending on if you need to save up for anything. Waiting an entire week to expand your farming area is a little tedious, but finding battery packs is pretty hard, and iridium is usually not available until later in the game

There's a store you can unlock at the leftmost part of ginger island that will sell seeds, and there's also a small chance for one to start growing on your farm overnight as a random event
