- This is a 5 hours of relaxing Psychedelic/Space Rock. Some songs speed up on the tempo here and there but most of the time it's really laidback. Every song has their own picture.
You'll find timestamps and links to each artist down below in the tracklist. Please give them your support if you enjoy this. Play it LOUD and have a convenient flight.

2 MILLION VIEWS
You guys did it! You showed the world that you know what good fucking music is when you hear it. If someone had told me this video would reach over 2 millions views when I uploaded it, I would never believed it. It's pretty, pretty unreal in a lovely way and I'm sincerely overwhelmed. I have no idea how TH-cam manage to spread this video like a burning fire, but I'm really glad it happen.
I will make another Psychedelic Space Rock video before summer 2018 (before June) and I will do my best to make it as good as this one. It's gonna be hard but what the hell, we need some relaxing tunes for the summer time right?
I would also like to thank you all for the insanely positive feedback i'm getting for this mix! It's impossible to describe in words how much appreciation iv'e gotten from this video. Different people are thanking me EVERY day, it's really mind blowing.
Last but not least, please keep supporting the bands. I know a lot of the bands in this list have sold a bunch of records because you guys are so supportive. Keep being fucking awesome!
Much love

Underrated Albums Good job dude!
What about the sahara desert party bro?
thank you, i always listen to it when i'm studying
The reason these bands are unknown is because everyone who listens to them trips so hard they forget about them
😂
They are doctors, engineers, lawyers and professional people who have a music studio in their basement as a hobby.
They make great music and don't spend time promoting their music as a product on the market.
That is why it's the real thing.

“Two possibilities exist: either we are alone in the Universe or we are not. Both are equally terrifying.”
Arthur C. Clarke
It is a mathematical improbability bordering on impossibility that we are alone in the universe. There is absolutely other life out there and I believe strongly that they may have already visited earth.
@@Michael_00001 There is, and it has "visited" earth; just not in the way you probably think. Rather than life sprouting up spontaneously, or there being some "omnipotent force", life on earth was started by 'alien' activity. In the sense that some rock or meteorite that impacted the earth at some point during its early stages was carrying in it the first few living organisms (bacteria, single cell, etc.; don't really remember which it was exactly), from which essentially all other life in this entire planet would end up evolving from.
I doubt there's been much more 'alien' activity beyond that, and who knows if there are other intelligent species out there, or how far they've come. But it's pretty clear that there *is* life out there, even if it's just a bunch of tiny organisms frozen on a rock hurling its way through space, waiting to become the source of life for a new planet.
So true! But if we are alone I think that's kind of sad.
@@spacelyzrocketband1181 even if there is life (I believe there is) the chances of two equally intelligent from two different planets meeting is slim and if by chance they do there is also most probably a language barrier and a slight hostility towards each other which also saddens me
@@nikolaiplayz9795 I agree you can't even find that sometimes on planet Earth. I have a high I.Q. and somethings I talk about like Quantum Physics seems to just be way over most peoples heads.

2. Pink Floyd (of course!)
3. Led Zeppelin
4. God is an Astronaut
5. Buckethead
6. Shpongle
7. Infected Mushroom, THOUGH they are mostly electronic(earlier albums)

Back when I was in high school just before COVID hit, I remember taking this video and just letting it play wherever I would go, as though it was the soundtrack for the game that is the school day. And now, after so much has happened in my life, I scroll on my laptop in my dorm, freshman year of college, and in my recommended just so happens to be this old friend. I don't even think I had this TH-cam account back then. I never expected to get emotional, but the somber guitar refrain in One Way Trip to the Sun has always hit hard. The muted tracks are nice too. I love the long pauses. it makes a good alternation and makes you enjoy silence to the point that you forget you are playing a youtube video. and then surprise, a song starts all of a sudden, unexpected and fresh!

i've been very meticulously planning a book plot for maybe the past five years or so and every time I near the end I find one massive fatal flaw and have to rethink the whole thing. That just happened to me again, and finding these playlists presented me with the absolute perfect theme and allegory for everything I wanted. I've always thought of stuff like tool and pink floyd as the most defining sounds of what I wanted all this time but the whole theme of space and this music just ties everything I was looking for together perfectly.
That makes me happy to hear! Keep me updated, would be cool to see how the book turned out.

This that kind of music that stops you in your tracks and takes you to that place where you feel comfortable, like you belong. Its a feeling every human being is capable of feeling, our thoughts just get in the way. Its that place where you realize how many people there are on earth, but no matter how many were all confined to this one place in all of space. Were all in it together on this strange strange journey. All acting like we have the answers but in reality we know nothing. We cling to eachother to ease the suffering of life. Death, the payoff of life, the thing that brings beauty to every passing moment. Of all the millions of years time and space has existed, you are here for this glimmer of time, every passing moment should be celebrated, and you should praise and love every fellow earth dweller for you share this sacred mutual time on earth.

To be clear, I make no money at all from this video. There might be ads in this video because I'm using copyrighted material and therefore I can't control it. The ad revenue get split between the owners of the music (usually a record label) and TH-cam. By watching the ads you actually supporting the musicians in the mix. But this playlist wasn't meant to be full of ads, It really destroys the flow. The best thing you can do if you want to experience this video as is was meant to be and still support the artists, get Adblock and buy music/merch from the musicians. You'll find links to every artist in the first comment and in the description under the video. Thank you so much everyone!

The first song reminded me of a middle school field trip I took to some NASA base. We were separated into 2 groups, I was in the engineering group and succeeded with the build with flying colors, tho I failed when we switched roles and I was in the control room, and I remember it being very fun and super interesting
Maybe I'm missing my calling-
finding this type of music feels like coming home
Me and a friend when we were 16 stole some of his dads pot and smoked it with a makeshift water bottle bong, and put this on the tv, listening to this high is a whole different experience, i felt like i was floating through space and all time seemed to go to a standstill, i could feel the notes vibrating my soul; the next thing i knew me and him were sitting upside down on the couch pretending we were on a rollercoaster, never forget that night.
try doing all this with your homie but replace the bong with shrooms..and that is what my experience is like
I agree with Mac, weed music was awesome, until I discovered music on mushrooms. It’s like listening to an average guitar player, thinking it’s good, and then listening to Jimi Hendrix. While different ball game, the guitar is the same instrument in both cases, but a completely different and magical vibration behind it.

Well done. I'll be busy investigating these bands. Don't believe I've heard of any of them. Thanks for all your effort.
Great! You gonna have a nice little adventure with that :) Please let us now which bands you ended up digging the most.
do you?
John Crego yeah who are they man?
There are some more famous bands down the line, like Truckfighters, Kyuss and Colour Haze. Still, other than those, I only knew about 1000mods and Spaceslug.
Spaceslug is the shit, man! The "Time Travel Dilemma" is so good.
I've been vibing to this for a while now through very dark times losing my closest people my family. Thank you
Thanks for listening
I like to listen to this when riding as a passenger in a car. As i look out of the wind shield up at the dimming sky, my blank face deep in thought, my mind wander to what it was like to be in that seat on a rocket ship for tge first time. The thoughts running through my head. What its like knowing that you are venturing where no man has ventured before. Its strangely humbling.
Sounds like you had a good ride in the car there.
Not needing any drugs. Feeling high just listening. Thanks for putting this together.

🗣 No one cares if you dont use drugs!

These ambiental songs actually makes you feel like you're in space. Not literally, but helps you notice that you're indeed alone in the world, like, in this very moment, you've realized the emptiness and the lack of meaning of everything. Despite the fact we live on a big planet, with billions of people in it, we are just a little sphere in a big void called "space", without a single confirmation or evidence were we came from and where do we go from here.
That's kinda deep but I understand what you are saying. When I listen to music like this it makes me feel small, relaxed and satisfied.
Underrated Albums exactly!
*when you hit a blunt too hard*
Kinda wish some of these tunes made it onto Cowboy Bebop. Oh well. One can dream.
You just to high big fella
