A practical and honest review. I just bought one on last November. Guess this car would be a strong competitor if the CVT were replaced to auto-transmission. As for the interior, Not impressive or underwhelming. It depends on personal preference. I'm O.K with it. The reliability is O.K, for now. Maitenance fee ? I've no complaints. All in all, I would't say it's a bang for your buck. The best car is the one fits well with your personal driving habits.
honestly if the top screen was swapped with a faster and smoother infotainment and the cvt was swapped with the trans from the q50 honestly this car would be a great buy
I think one of the problems with Infiniti is that they haven't even updated their website gallery pictures for model. They are still showing the interior from a couple years back, which is outdated.
I like the Genesis GV70. Even though I’ve been a Infiniti loyalist for over a decade. I find other vehicles more attractive at this point. Sorry Infiniti, get rid of the old technology and CVT and you’ll have a winner for sure 😜
Our last 3 vehicles have been Infiniti, but no more. Their ignorance of electrification have killed them for us. To pay this price and for it not to be fully electric is unforgivable. Their resale value will totally tank in just 3 or 4 years. Why on earth would anyone spend this kind of money on a none fully electric? Mercedes, Audi, BMW, and now even Cadillac have better all electric models. Not to mention the Genesis GV60 which embarrasses this model. And now Tesla is improving the next Generation Model Y with a new interior, suspension and quiet ride. And they have the biggest advantage of all -- NO DEALERS.
You're half right. Half electric, meaning hybrids, are a massive con. Once you try an a full EV, especially a Tesla, and never have to go to a gas station again, you never go back. Those who say otherwise have never driven an EV.
With all due respect to German SUV crossovers, nothing competes with Japanese engineering and they are much less expensive with no mechanical complexity. German cars are over engineered and designed that you need a big bank account to maintain.

you didn't mention the crappy fuel economy 18 mpg city and 25 highway in REAL world...far less than EPa claimed
@@chadhaire1711 My GF has this is and it gets wey better than 18 city and 25 highway. How the hell are you driving it?

I have one. It's worth the purchase though cvt part does suck some
Pretty BUT the interior should have been designed WAY better, with a luxe vibe or at least the monitor inclined to the drivers side IMO
0-60 IN 6.7 SEC, I THOUGHT THE GLC 6.1 WAS SAD..
They havent truly updated the Qx50 in like 7 years, its nothing new. They need a redesign
wery good car5 j…no problem
Consumer Reports March-2024 owner satisfaction survey lowest rated vehicle in the US, only 25% of owners would buy the Infiniti QX50 again.
Disappointing. Just started my search and I like this car and the Audi Q5
@@msjmid6819 I was thinking the same thing , which one you going to get ? If u still thinking about one

You turned out to be correct ha! @@OriginalYTBR
@@Paul-cj1wb Yea, you don't go to gas stations, but let us know how it goes when you ultimately have to go to the BATTERIES station. ;)
@@refugeinc.159a lot of people don’t know how battery works. That’s just reality lol

Whoever that design this interior should be in jail.
4 life
Why..?? I was thinking of getting one
I don’t think it is that bad
It is just not the best
The ambient lighting at night livens up the interior. Plus the interior of this car looks the best in the Sport or Autograph trims
I mean they don't need to be in jail but they haven't refreshed the interior at all since it's been on sale since 2019 atp
