I learned recently that coffee doesn't have its dieretic/dehydrating effects until you reach about 250-300 mg of caffeine (a normal cup is about 80-100mg). So unless you want to buffer the caffeine entering your system with water (some people experience anxiety when drinking coffee on an empty stomach) feel free to enjoy your coffee first thing! Woo!
what i do when i first wake up is either read a chapter of a book or journal. i like to keep both on my bedside table so i can grab them instead of my phone. i try to make sure its a fun book vs self help first thing in the morning. i also love essential oils. ill put some of those in a diffuser to wake me up. hope this helps.

your perfumes go bad easy when in the sun they should be saved in an cold and dark place for longer lasting perfume. for example the colour and smell can change if placed in the sun light

Please look up the Divine Office. That is a way to pray through the Scriptures. It has been done since the time of the Apostles. Praying through Lauds from the Divine Office is a way to go much deeper than merely reading the Bible.
I'm 36 and I don't understand why people find it so difficult not to look at their phone. My morning routine consists of my zinc an Vit C drink, shower, my skin routine, clothes on, bag sorted and out. I couldn't care less what photoshopped Instagram model wants to tell me. Stop making it out to be a mammoth task not to read trash on you're phone. Pick up a book if you want to read something. Even on my break at work I read a book or my kindle.....it's really not that hard. Don't make out like you're doing something really hard,y god!!!
