    I have shared a written proof from Panchsheel Greens 2 advovate that their project is delayed in Community post and on my twitter handle. Please check the extended deadline (not yet updated on RERA) before booking or else they will use your money against you.

    Really enjoy your videos. I am also looking for a 3BHK property in in budget of 55lacs. Couldn’t find anything inDelhi, so now thinking in Faridabad as i work in Gurgaon and Noida will be too far.

    Pawan my money is also stuck with Platinum 321 Raj Nagar Extension, booked flat on 2012 still no sign of possession & i have been continuously visiting site for past 3 years still no change .
    Please make a review so that people doesn't fall prey for the builder like Platinum 321.

    Its not easy. Case can be change any time in rera.. if u get order also then implementation is a big challenge. I am also facing same problem with casa green 1 builder

    Maine bhi 2010 m la residentia m flat book kiya tha aaj tak possession nahi diya 95 percent payment kar diya ab kaam band h . EMI +,rent bhar raha hu . Kisi builder per Biswas nahi sirf ready to move hi bikalp h .

      Facts waha ke residents hi bata sakte hai, so that is why I always say to check the facts before investing. I covered many projects but I deal only in those which are safest.

    Pleas do not buy flat in panchsheel greens 2. Worst high rise society in noida extension
    Disadvantage
    1. From almost one year, a wall is broken but not repaired. Anyone can enter into the society
    2.No maintenance at all only residents pay 3000 for jhaadu poocha
    2.Stray dogs , children havee been bitten by them
    Flooring of actual flats too pathetic
    3.No cameras in lift, they will say we will have it I have been living here for two years but not a camera in the lift.
    4. No paints in lift gallery and lower ground and iron stairs at all till now. If you see the stairs of society,.it gives you the feeling that of old goverment building.
    5. Monopoly on Internet providers, builder does not allow good internet providers like Airtel jio etc. If you work on internet from home, forget about it, you cannot do it.
    6. All the swings and.slides of children park have broken ,we residents have made multiple complaint but it is not repaired till date.
