Brother, you are an example why builders must not take educated youth for granted! You alone have pulled many genuine home buyers away from buying a shit in any tower in Panchsheel greens.
I can understand your frustration, I have also faced it in PG1, delayed possession, bad quality construction. Worst thing was when I noticed that the kitchen counter height was lesser than standard due to which I couldn't keep the cylinder under it making the cylinder hole in the counter useless. So, I had to keep it in utility balcony with a long gas pipe. I am lucky that I sold the flat in 2017 post which many other issues started in the society and there is no support from the builder. Have been to their head office multiple times in Noida for interest clarifications but they were not ready to even discuss and everyone was passing on the query to other people wasting my time and energy. People should stay away from such builders, else ask the current residents about the sufferings..

i think to teach them a good lesson nobody should buy panchsheel projects so that they will understand what is the result of cheating and making fool of others , so that they can never ever think of doing such illegal act.
what they did is harassment and we as customers should unite in such cases to stop these builders to further harass other people , if we will continue to buy their projects other builders also gets the power to cheat consumers in the same way , they think they can do anything but infact they should get a lesson that you and your project is nothing if we are not giving importance to your project , if anybody from panchsheel will call me in future or present he will get to hear something interesting from me for sure .
Hi Pawan, You are doing excellent job. you vdos are very infoemative. Besides Panch sheel There's one more Rabit paced developer Shri Group. My colleague booked a flat in Shri Radha Sky Garden n is still running from pillar to post to get possession. God knows when he will get it.
We faced a different kind of problem from a under construction property. We paid 5L booking amount and got the legal papers. Guess what, they had lot of legal papers missing. When we started demanding, they started asking us to do agreement via email. Offline they tried to blackmail us saying they will blacklist us. They must have a thought, we will get scared and pay it instead, we asked them to cancel and return the money. Since we had a lawyer involved, they couldn't do much and finally after 2 months of to and fro emails, we got full money back.

Ratan pearls mene last year book kiya the 2 flat and they said ki Dec. 2019 rera date h for 3 towers. B C D. But in January they said ngt ki vajah se 1.5 to 2 month kaam band Raha. Uske liye isne bola ki 4-5 month me kaam ho jayega then March me corona ka ho gaya. Ab recently Inka kaam start hua h they said 5 to 6 ka extension rera se mil gaya h. I feel ki is saaal ke end tak laga denge time. Wts ur opinion. Ek baat aur inki vajah se jo delay hua h me rent bhar Raha hu uska kuch compensation milega. Mene flat 40:60 ratio me book kiya. Pls suggest ur valuable points
