I don’t want any public tours, I’m happy with footage like this. Or nothing at all, just the knowledge that the elephants are safe and happy. Give them their privacy, like we all want and enjoy.

And we have more empathy for past and present actions that it is hard to justify continued, prolonged unnatural captivity. This is even more pressing for such intelligent, social animals. Just some thoughts.
@@Sharfox52 The Elephant Sanctuary in Tennessee has webcams and an education center so the public can watch the elephants and learn about them without having contact. These poor sweeties have been forced to perform long enough. They owe us nothing.

Had to come watch this after hearing Mary the circus elephant's story... I really don't suggest anyone else hearing or seeing that story, though... I just pray all elephants being held for entertainment somewhere will be free and safe like this someday...
I am so happy that these Ellies are free. They were horribly abused by Barnum and Bailey! They were hit all the time! Good to see these elephants just being elephants!
I'm not far from this area, have a life long live of elephants, yet even I don't want to be too close to them. I'd rather they be cared for well and reclaim as much peace and normalcy as is possible for them. A webcam would be nice, though. God bless them, and their people.
I'm glad that Ringling is doing right by their elephants. I worked for another circus, Carson and Barnes, and they stubbornly hang on to their elephants. Some still performing with their show or being loaned out to other shows. Some being kept at a trashy roadside zoo(the Endangered Ark)and trotted out for parties, along with some being bred to produce babies that will be tortured into compliance to perform.
Take ACTION!!! NOTIFY officials in the State offices. ALSO local and state newspapers and TV and radio stations. It will start a process to stop the cruelty to wild animals. The state of Colorado just passed a Law stopping wild animals from Performing in Circus or other Shows! Write a letter! Others will also. It can be a .wake up call to your State Officials. PLEASE take Action!!!
Good news except for the awareness of the wild elephants being slaughtered daily. Soon elephants and all mammals will live in captivity because there will be no land to roam free. We are witnesses to the extinction of all the great mammals. What's to be done? Birth control for humans. Won't ever happen because we are so very special.
Don’t mind as long as they allowed breed elephants are a critically endangered species especially the Asian elephant any roadside zoo or “so called sanctuary” that doesn’t breed should have the elephants taken off them immediately

the best way to treat a wild animal is to never take it from its known environment/home, ie: leave them alone.
