I went to subway today. I Order through the app and it was missing literally HALF of the salad, no lettuce or nothing.(I ordered all salad) How easy is this to mistake? probably because brain dead people work there, this guy must be a one off xD

They have to pay for that house over your head because ya know they chose to give birth to you and you thank them by doing chores not by working for free that their company starting at the age of 12 for hundreds of hours instead of enjoying your childhood. When I worked for my parents, I just asked for my wage to be put in a savings account because they were adding to my college savings anyways. I get to be written as an employee, get tax return money, and not be in a situation like this where I’m supposedly taken advantage of.

Like you they gave me the essentials, food, shelter and love. That what makes you successful later in life. That's family. You my friend and your family are a rare breed.

My bet is this Karen is one of those people who pretends to care and pretends they "did it out of concern for you" but really just wants to go on a power trip and get in other people's business. They could have only screwed things up for him and his parent's business more than it could have ever "helped." Between the Subway official sponsorship he has and all the other money he makes from his social medias, he likely makes even more than his parents make now, and definitely more than taking a normal Subway wage would be.

I grew up on a family farm. Why was it okay for me to do unpaid work for my family business as a minor (which is allowed under the agricultural business exemption) but not for Milad to do unpaid work for his family business as a minor?
I am aware that farms and other agricultural businesses are different from many other types of businesses in terms of regulation. There is definitely a difference in the legal situations at play here. I would argue that there shouldn't be, though. Working at Subway isn't as dangerous as working around cattle. Milad was in a safer position than me, yet mine is legal and his isn't. Logic.

ah America and freedom... in Europe (no idea if all countries, but most of them so), free labor is illegal. You cant just go to someone and say "yo, you are struggling, let me help you, you don't have to pay me". You cant even do that here. Yet along if you are minor, then its obv jailtime, but even if its not a minor, just an adult offering help, still a huge fine for the business.
