Very informative video Umar Bhai. Kindly make a video on what to expect when you come to USA for the first time especially the immigration process, what do they ask at airport and how to prepare for it? Thank you.

    Very informative. Thank you
My question is if someone is applying for residency and his passport is expiring in 2 years and he is being offered h1b visa. Will he be eligible for h1b as h1b is for 3 years and his passport will expire in 2 years? What to do in this case
    2) if someone is going to marry green card Us citixen and also planning to give step 3 and planning to apply for residency the same year.
What should he do?apply for b1 visa there, give step 3 there and file for immigration there in US and then apply for residency there;then residency programmes can sponsor visa; if still his immigration is in process or what will happen? In this case after how much time he can get green card
Kindly give answer acc to these scenerios
    Thank you

      Thank you for the appreciation.
      1. Yes. Passport and visa are two completely separate entities.
      2. You cannot apply for residency with a pending immigration status. You either give up your immigration application and apply for H1/ J1 visa if you get residency or you wait till your immigration is completed. I suggest to get the nikah done asap, file for immigration, study for USMLEs, and then once the green card comes, then you apply for residency. Green card can take 2-4 years if you marry a green card holder. Good luck!

This is an amazing video. Very informative. Thank you for clearing up many of my issues. I just had a question. So I write usmle, match into residency, get J1 visa, finish my residency, and then
    1. return to my country for 2 years. What is my next step, how do I get back into the US and how to I get a green card. Also how do I get into a fellowship program
    2. I get a J1 waiver and finish my 3 years of work in rural areas. What next? Which visa do I apply for next and how do I get into a fellowship program.
    Thank you for your time

Thank you. After 2 years of waiver or 3 years of work, you get a job and your job offers you green card. Good luck!

Is mentioning an uncle/maamoo during your B1/B2 VISA interview considered bad? Specially if your uncle is a doctor in US?

Unfortunately yes... unless you immediately prove you have stronger family ties in your home country. You can mention if asked specifically about family in US otherwise no reason to bring it up yourself.

Very informative video brother.. Huge appreciation from my side!!
I would be thankful if you can answer my two questions.
1-) If one person is applying for J1 visa for residency, then what are chances for her husband to get j2. Does her husband get j2 easily or not?
2-) If her parents (father/mother) wants to go with her to support her during residency, can they get j2 visa or not?
    Thanks in advance

      1. If married at the time of initial application, it is very easy
      2. No. They apply for B1/ B2 visa. Check out this video th-cam.com/video/1LK_iGMWGVs/w-d-xo.html

Dear sir, being a newly inducted (1st month) TMO here in Pakistan want to know whether should i go for step1 first or step2. My point here is that if i go for step1 first then after 2022 will it be counted as pass, fail or only those who've done step1 after2022 will be countedas pass fail? If this is the case then shouldn't i go for step2 first so step1 passed after 2022 will be counted as pass fail...
    Thank you
