Thank you for supporting our veterans, especially the WWII heroes. I am a Marine veteran and a master electrician. I do every thing I can to support the remaining WWII Vets, true warriors. This country was built and flourished on the backs of these men and they deserve any support we can provide.

Thank you for honoring our vets. Our senior citizens deserve more than our current culture affords them. I've been offering house painting to my customers for a while now because of what I've learned from you. I typically do a house a month and working alone with one sprayer it typically takes me 4.5 days to wash, mask, caulk, spot prime, paint and put back all the fixtures. I love doing it and its becoming a quarter of my business.

one thing ive recently added to the kit, is a leaf blower, mainly after pressure washing for prep, but its a nice way to give everything a real nice finished look when the drive way and walk way is free of debris, even if you didnt cause it.. but i know that is a bit extra hhaha
Also, in regards to the fingering/overspray have you heard of Gracos LPFF, the green tips? "low pressure fine finish" tips? they are really quite good for projects like these!

I often bid sight unseen long-distance, trusting the customer, and wanting to see new cities. This october, after a string of great bids, a well-off retiree fella told me "I have a ranch house i did the first coat on all around, and finished the entire front, you just need to second coat and trim the other 3 sides". I bid 600$, figuring 100 for gas and hotel, and 500 labor, guessing it'd be either a 1day (500/d) or 2day (250/d) job. Well, turns out it was cedar siding that soaked in like no one's business, and had vertical trim beams every 2ft all around with deep crevices to fill, eaves and gutters to do (some upside down to the cathedral hip-roof), and he had trimmed the entire inner windows on front (not just the edges), so i felt obligated to match them up all around (even though inners aren't usually part of a trim bid), and it had a large screened-in back porch with miles of peeling wood trim high, mid and low and loose billowing screen-mesh to avoid and about 4sets of sliding glass doors inside the porch. And the kicker, "you just did a 2700 sqft ranch", he tells me, astonishingly (to both him and i), after i finished 4days later. My 50$hr job ended up being barely a 10$hr (or less) job. He did take pity on me the final day, and gave me a 300$ add-on (little tool shed) that took a few hours, and will fly me down to florida this winter to do his primary home at a reasonable rate, and back to his rental for the interior at some point. Anyways, quite the effort, i was stubborn about not wanting to spray it for some reason (edit: i think my sprayer wasn't working), and believe me, i really appreciated those mexican restaurants and hotel hot-tubs after 12hr days. Thank goodness for covid, those 100$ rooms were down to 35/night, but i easily blew a couple hundred on every trim tool (etc) in the book.

Hey all, I tried to purchase the Tip Saver TS-99 Chris mentioned at timestamp 18:17 of this video from the Paint Life Supply Co website but couldn't find it. So I wrote Chris' company with this concern because I wanted to try it. Here's what I wrote via email to them: "I noticed that you mentioned the subject paint gun tip cleaner in one of your videos and you said you also sold this product for $34.99, but your website does not show you sell it. Was that a typo? Or have you guys since that video was made, discontinued recommending/selling that product for some reason?" Within the same day (today 5/25/2021), the store manager, Makenna Berry, was kind enough to write back: "The item has since been recalled, so we do not sell it anymore! Chris does recommend using Mineral Spirits to clean your tips with!" So if you have been trying to find it out there, you won't. I suppose until another company is able to succeed in coming up with an environmentally safer product to clean our paint gun tips, we'll just need to stick to the old tried and true, mineral spirits or the like. Thank you again Makenna for the quick response to my question.
