    Deanne I Love You! I’m 62 years young and in moderate shape. Since I found your tutorials I now own 7 hoops of various sizes and I’m working on my stamina. Please keep the Hooplove flowing. Lisa, Maryland.

    Your encouragement, positive energy and thorough instructions have me hooked. Learning to hoop at age of 60+ is providing a multitude of benefits, everything from coordination to creative thinking, but it's your wonderful way of teaching that is keeping me going! I have enrolled in a few of your online classes and just want to thank for sharing your gift.

    Hey! I live in an apartment with no outside space and very limited workable inside hoop space. PLEASE make more videos like this please please please ❤️❤️ I feel like that’s holding me back from learning so much.

    Inside hooping tip : I've found the Mr Clean "magic eraser" works very well to remove the traces of hoop tape I sometimes get on my walls... 🤷🏻‍♀️ haha

    Thank you-so great for posture and balance. I am 70 and 6 months post total knee replacement. I am taking one of your on-line classes and just got myself a smaller hoop.

    I've started hooping about a month ago and I love your videos! 🥰 You are so motivating and inspiring. Thank you!
    After the free 7 day course I directly started the 28 beginner course (today is day 9) and I'm looking forward to the new unit every day.
    This video is perfect. Today it's rainy and I think I have to practice at home. 😊
    Greetings from Germany 👋

    Complete newbie here. I just made my first hoop (90” diameter) out of 3/4 inch irrigation tubing and it works really well but it’s heavy. When I try to swing it on my hands it hurts. When I swing it up from my waist to my diaphragm it feels like it’s going to bruise my ribs! I can’t imagine it around my neck! Lol! What is this poly pro you talk about and where can I get it? Thanks 🙏

    Can we do this kind of tricks with those fitness hoops? Little thicker ones with foam, 1,2 or 1,5 kilos?

    • @DeanneLove
      @DeanneLove  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Megi no I would not recommend that weight of hoop for anything, too much stress and strain on joints, body and everything in your space 🙂😉

    Is that "a tiny space?!?!?" I live in Japan and that would be called "very spacious." A tiny space is one where the hoop nearly hits walls, furniture, bookshelves, applicances, other people etc. on all sides, basically the way the most of us live. LOL

    • @DeanneLove
      @DeanneLove  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes Barbara I also began hooping in Tokyo, living there for many years I understand. What modifications did you make to this sequence to suit your space and style?
