this has helped me unlock my movement so much! it’s so therapeutic to just let go and dance and move your body and laugh ! i felt embarrassed at first, thinking about other people seeing me do this, but i am alone in my room! but i’m working on loving every bit of myself and this video helped me achieve that even more. i started flowing and moving so much so fun😀💗

Hi Deanne. You are such a motivating personality !!!! Thank you so much....I yet don't have the right hoop to learn all these beautiful moves and to dance with, but you inspired me totally and I will start with nearly 49 years learning Hoopdancing.....thank you, thank you, thank you ♥️

this is INSANELY HELPFUL!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! ive been struggling quite a lot with how to loosen my body and let my whole body flow with my hoop, practicing flexibility and mind-muscle connection and non-hoop dancing and nothing was as helpful as this!

So great, Deanne! This helped me to let go and to just move. Too much I get stuck in drill patterns and not allowing myself to dance and be free. This really helped me get out of that rut. It feels so nice to be in a place like that. Thank you!

How do you expect us to see your hand placements when your back is to the camera? I suggest you call this advanced beginner. It's not easy to follow.
