The translation is wrong. 3)(5:33) "Indeed, the penalty for those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger and spread mischief in the land is death, crucifixion, cutting off their hands and feet on opposite sides, or exile from the land. This ˹penalty˺ is a disgrace for them in this world, and they will suffer a tremendous punishment in the Hereafter." - this sura is referring to the punishments of those who commit crimes such as murder, theft, rape, kidnapping and other such acts. If for example a Muslim commits theft (and fits a bunch of other requirements which I don't remember off of the top of my head) then one of his hands would be cut off . Again, all these laws have a whole list of requirements for their punishments to be enforced. You can search those up if you're interested. 4) The classic 9:5 argument has already been refuted by scholars over and over again. Clearly you haven't put a lot of effort in trying to find stuff against Islam. I will not be explaining the whole context behind this Sura because if you're going to be criticising Islam then you should theoretically already have this knowledge. In fact his mother, Maryam (Mary) has an entire chapter dedicated to her in the Quran explaining how she miraculously gave birth to Jesus as a virgin. According to the Quran, Muslims are only permitted to marry Muslim women, but with the exception of also being permitted to marry Christian and Jewish women. And the reason is because Christians and Jews are seen as people of the book who are highly respected as they follow at least some of the true holy books of God; and thus, they ultimately believe in the same fundamental beliefs and values as Muslims (God, Prophets, etc.) Moreover it is known in Islam that the closest religion to Islam is Christianity, and it is for this reason as Judaism does not believe in let alone highly respect Jesus Christ as much as Islam. After Christianity, I dont think there is any other religion in the world that believes in Jesus Christ as prophet, and loves him other than Islam.

And the reason is because Christians and Jews are seen as people of the book who are highly respected as they follow at least some of the true holy books of God; and thus, they ultimately believe in the same fundamental beliefs and values as Muslims (God, Prophets, etc.) Moreover it is known in Islam that the closest religion to Islam is Christianity, and it is for this reason as Judaism does not believe in let alone highly respect Jesus Christ as much as Islam. After Christianity, I dont think there is any other religion in the world that believes in Jesus Christ as prophet, and loves him other than Islam.
