It was my favourite: How does my short-term discomfort support my long-term Happiness? Thank you for sharing your knowledge

So timely as usual Ajit. My favorit question is What is the GOLD (good news) in this situation? Stumbling blocks can be viewed as gold bars that we can collect on the way as these add to our learning on our way towards our GOAL.

    That thought is disempowering me.
I will take that thought and say instead. I am a unique person. No less or more than anyone around me. I am just as important as anyone else. We all have a contribution.

I recently found your channel & am loving your material! What you're saying is straight forward & inspiring. This episode really resonates with me. These thoughts are very much in alignment with how I think & try to approach life. However, we all need reminding now and again that the only things we can really control in certain situations are our thoughts and how we respond to our thoughts. Our thoughts determine our feelings, which in turn influence our actions.

My favorite question was to process negative feelings - that's what I usually focus on- where is this coming from, what does it really mean, and is the meaning I am assigning true or am I assuming something that isn't true. Changing disempowering thoughts goes with that. They are all good. And thank yu for the planner.

Hi Thx for a great video. Today like many days I have a a lot of questions but it’s actually just 1 question repeating all the time and it’s the Why? Why can’t I manage to turn my life around. Why was I able to train 2x2 hours per day to great my dream body but can’t get my self to do it again while it’s almost my nr 1 desire. Has something in me changed since I was diagnosed with bipolar 2 2 years ago. I realized yesterday all the info is out there but on its own it doesn’t lead to results and one actually needs a coach that’s what’s lead me to this search how do I coach myself and your 1ste question helped me seeing things differently now. How instead of Why followed by action. Interesting to hear your thoughts on if bipolar can effect my thoughts thx.

Hi Douglas! It'd be interesting to dig deep into the root cause of what is stopping you from taking action. Here are 2 videos that can help you identify the real reason behind your procrastination, and once you know that, it'll be easier to take action: th-cam.com/video/WEdZocHkyOU/w-d-xo.html and th-cam.com/video/4MwhSYFWAII/w-d-xo.html. Unfortunately, we cannot comment on how bipolar could affect this, we'd recommend contacting a licensed therapist or psychiatrist for that. Thanks for asking ❤
