Nice video. I have this unit. One option for storing the hose is the hooks that hold the power cord can be flipped upward and then you can hang the hose there.
I've been trying to figure out why my K1700 has so much pressure when I first pull the trigger. It'll usually do a quick blast, then slow down before the pump catches up. I was thinking it was just that's how the pressure washer is but watching these reviews it doesn't seem/sound like anyone else using it has that issue
Hey brother looking at the video when you put your short gun in tiny square i got a idea. so the band around the trigger hits the side wall of that square storage and my thought is use that as your advantage. get you a Dremel and out a slot just big enough for that band the gun wii slide down more and the slot will hold the gun firmly in place just dont cut the slot to big and it will do just fine... just a thought for ya bro
I have this model however when I hold the trigger down all the way it constantly loses pressure unless I back off a bit. Has anyone else had this problem?
Really nice video. Did I get that right, you named your car Vanna White? I love it. Nice car too, by the way. I'm looking at this unit, partly because Obssed Garage is now endorsing it for a good machine as a starter model. Heck, the price is sure right. Even if you add some top of the line gun, hose, etc., your still, probably under 500 bucks. Looks like your foam gun works fine. You got a nice coat on the car. I also like the fact that, if you buy some more "quality" parts like the gun, hose, etc. , if you upgrade machines down the road, you can probably still use those hose and gun upgrades. Thanks for an informative video. Marc T.
Depending on the pressure washer you will need to replace the hose to use a short gun due to the fittings not being correct for aftermarket guns. You can also get many inexpensive short guns on Amazon.
Yes, the gun did come with the nozzle-end quick disconnect. Unfortunately, the gun is not swivel but a swivel adapter can be added. I went to my local Northern Tools store and picked up a swivel fitting, better stainless quick disconnects for the hose ends, and a new 3/8 hose and it makes using the system so much nicer.
Head to lowes, they have a variety pack of quick disconnects for power washers and fiitings. Garden hose isle will have the quick disconnects for the hose and supply inlet

So, with the foam gun and the foam...you do not use a wash mitt to remove the dirt?
I am curious as to what size quick disconnects are needed? I'm not the best when it comes to tools!
M22 Look them up on amazon.
Thank you for this video. You have examples and even some recommendations.

My pressure washer at work does that too- think it’s normal. The one we have in the back room is like 5000 psi tho so idk
What size quick connection did u use I just orders the k2100s. I hear so many different things
Could you just plug the gun into the QD on the turbo nozzle? Are the tabs not big enough wrap the hose and power cord on the same place?
Do the handles lower by chance? I was curious if this thing gets smaller for storage reasons.
Hello Brando, thanks for a great review. Is there a link for the soft hose accessory? Thanks
My garden hose connection leaks a lot and I want to know what size the adapter thing to connect to my water hose is so I can get a new one.
