    Hi Miya... i couldnt catch your videos for the last 1 month as i was caught up at work and reduced YT time. But today when i watched your video, i realised how much you have influenced my life... over the last 1 year I saw that i end up waking up at 5.30am, try to stay consistent with my exercises, and do the daily clean of bathroom and house. So many good habits i have picked up from you! And to be honest, it has helped me stay sane managing my life, health, family and job! I am still learning to be disciplined with my diet...work in progress! Lots of love to you and your family! ❤

    Is snacking bad?
    What should be more protein or fat?
    How can we differentiate good fat and bad fat?
