Thank you so much for this very informative video of the MSC Seashore! I will be boarding her on 18 February and I’m really excited! So much to look forward to 😍🤩👍
Great Video! Thank you for also showing the waterslides! My daughter is so psyched! This is only our 2nd cruise as a family, and my 4th .. so I am a newbie into cruising. But I was a little afraid of booking MSC, but this really seems great! Can't wait for our cruise in march!
I just got off this ship this morning. The loud noise is unrelenting and we don't think it was due to loud partiers. Everything in the ship is so metalic and blingy that sound reverberates. The shows in the main theater were excellent, but I could have used earplugs. The decor was loud and so was everything else. Our room was nice and very clean and the shower was terrific. We also found that we were lost all the time because there's no central atrium and signage was miserable.
Hi kathleenkalt3852, thanks for watching. MSC can do better with signage, there are exits to the outdoor promenade on these ships that nobody would ever find.
we were on Seashore last month. some areas were loud but there were plenty of quiet areas to find both inside and outside. the atrium is very nice and covers at least three decks though if you get too far away , it's easy to loose reference as the signage is pretty miserable
WE just got off the MSC Seaside. Just watching this tour the Seashore's MDR are much better decorated. The one thing that drove me a little crazy was all the mirrors that seem to be everywhere! Is it an italian thing Chris? Lol! It was like walking through a funhouse! I just wish the mirrors made me look thinner walking past them!
Hi The River Pirate 13, the Seashore is very similar, but as you said a different decor. Can't say if it merely an Italian thing, but MSC certainly does love their bling!
Greetings: I would like to know if the ice cream is included, as well as the coffee. I understand that gelato has to be paid for, but I did not understand if the ice cream is included in the cruise price. Thank you.
Hi ronpop843, thanks for watching. While not as good a value as even 3 or 4 years ago, MSC prices do remain some of the lowest for similar experiences on competitive cruise lines. I do think they need to keep trying harder, as my last couple of cruises with them have been mediocre.
Everything in this ship is magic ❤, we are very satisfied with the service the foods the staff special mention the 2 guys in our dine ,name Aldizon da Silva Cruz from Brazil and Dining Service Arup Kumar Gaswami from India , thanks
Hi! I will be taking a cruise next July aboard this beautiful ship and I can't wait! I enjoyed every second of this video, well done and full of information. Thank you very much! Since I'm passionate about photos and videos, can I ask you some technical questions? I'd like to know what equipment you used for this video and if, in your opinion, there is enough light inside the ship to make good shots with a high-end smartphone (iPhone Pro) mounted on a gimbal. I would really appreciate your response!
Hi Vincent, thanks for watching. Glad you liked the video. I use a combination of cameras, including Sony a7siii, iPhone pro max, and GoPro. Most spaces have enough light, the problem is that the led lighting can cause issues.
Very informative and detailed video. Thanks!!. I have a question. What foods or restaurants are included in the price. I had been on carnival cruises, and they, for example, have burguers, burritos, ice cream, and pizza throughout the day for free. But for what I am seeing with MsC there is a lot packages you need to pay for ro get this "specialty restaurant or food" can you elaborate on this please. Thanks again
Hi MrDaviditurralde82, thanks for watching. Truthfully, MSC has very little food offerings throughout the day that is included. All casual food is within the Marketplace buffet, including burgers and pizza. The only other options are the main dining room for set dining times.
Was sent this video by my girlfriend and the ship looks gorgeous. Seeing this was over a year ago, and I always cruise with Carnival and RC, how is your experience with MSC? Hope it is worth the experience. Also, I see the prices are substantially low compared to other cruise lines. Is this a good sign for bang for the buck or “you get what you pay for!”? Thank you for your tour and input!
Hi juliuswomack267, thanks for watching. Actually, like all other cruise lines, pricing has increased quite a bit, but MSC is still substantially less than other main stream cruise lines. There is value in what they offer, but expect a different onboard experience to other lines.
Great video! We will be sailing on this beautiful ship next month. Can I also ask what you used to film your tour? The video is clear and smooth. Thanks!
Hello! I don't know if you might remember me, made a comment on your Oasis of the Seas video. Was an increedible experience! Question for you, what is better/worse about this? Never cruised on MSC before so I'm curious.
Hi Bentonchiez, thanks for watching. Nice to hear from you again. Hard to compare as they are quite a bit different, but the main points about MSC, unless in Yacht Club or Aurea premium accommodations, there is only assigned dinner times, entertainment is more variety show style (but very good imo), stunningly beautiful ships, buffet options can be a limited at times, not many different included dining venues.
Hi johnpotuck1660, thanks for watching. I've had no issues with cleanliness or the food (except that they need more casual dining options around the ship outside of the buffet. My biggest issues recently were with the lack of organization and efficiency. We experienced crowds of people waiting for tenders (even though we had priority), long lines to get back to ship (where other cruise lines did not), and one of the worst disembarkation procedures I've seen before.
I heard thst the food is not free on their peivate island is that true? What do you have to payfoe on their peivate island. And do they have hambugers and pizza availible 24 /7 like rotal caribbean?
Hi AssassinCreep2552, thanks for watching. There is a buffet lunch included, it has burgers, hot dogs, chicken and other items. Onboard the ships pizza is available most of the time, but not always 24 hours.
Hi denisewright3496, thanks for watching. You should be able to designate which guests are attached to a card. MAXC now allows guests to provide a card through their app before the cruise.
We are going on this ship in February and I wanted to know do you think a teenage boy would be allowed to sit in the sports bar area. Would it be allowed if he was with an adult and would it be allowed if he was alone sipping on a soda
Hi susanshaw4831, thanks for watching. As long as he doesn't sit a the bar it shouldn't be an issue. There's lots of seating around the perimeter with tvs to catch the games.
Hi allenhaynes3848, thanks for watching. Included in your cruise fare are the Main Dining room and Marketplace Buffet. There are also several extra charge specialty restaurants including Kaito Sushi, Kaito Teppanyaki, Hola Tacos & Cantina, Butcher's Cut Steakhouse and Ocean Cay Seafood.
Hi TripperDan99, thanks for watching. Their ships are absolutely stunning and even with recent price increases and reduction of certain inclusions, they still represent a great value.
Great video. But I’ve seen a Seashore tour out of Miami, it was super crowded 🤦🏽♀️ people were packed like sardines. I’m supposed to sail out of Port Canaveral in November. Will it be jam packed as well?
Hi realestatebykemi, thanks for watching. Packed cruise ships are a reality since cruise lines ramped up after the shutdown and it's not an MSC thing. We are seeing recored-level demand and high pricing to match, but that doesn't mean you can't have a nice cruise experience with careful planning of when you are cruising, pre-book extras like specialty dining, spa, shore excursions and just practice a little patience while onboard.

Hi Chris! Did you enjoy your cruise on MSC? Did you like the overall service and the entertainment? The kiosks for registration seems to be antiquated. No other cruise lines demand that you swipe your own card, and I heard the kiosks get very crowded on embarkation day. Of course, the pizza, house made mozzarella, gelato and chocolate should be stellar.. We still have not sailed on MSC, but it seems to be a great value, especially since there are so many balcony cabins, which keeps the price down.. we're considering the Seascape (or Meraviglia?). Happy New Year Ari! No doubt MSC ships are beautiful. I've been sailing with them long before they made their big entry into the U.S market with the MSC Seaside a few ago. Always loved the entertainment, not only is the quality good, there are typically a lot of different shows throughout the cruise. I agree about the kiosks being a pain, but as long as you have your cruise card upon boarding, you'll walk by at least three or four machines immediately, so getting it out of the way is a good idea. Always amazed how many announcements they need to make on the last day to tell people to go and do this.
