Try this out on bottom tree arc staff! Paired with the seventh seraph shotgun that banshee sold a week or so ago. I got my first we ran with that build, quick charge on whatever armor piece (I run it on my cloak) and hand cannon Dex on the arms and you’ll have insane swap speed! I played that with wormhusk and it worked out well
They only buff swap speed not aim down sights .Handling is swap speed +aim down sights so they don't buff handling nowhere does it say the handling stat gets a buff just reload, swap speed and extra melee range (1meter)
I have a steadyhand HCS , ricochet rounds, opening shot, and range finder roll with a stability masterwork. This thing just maps everybody and I can still have the 77 stability.

Just before you die, you drop to about 5/15 hp (which is unreasonable for a Lorentz Body Shot / 20 Resilience). At 20 Resilience, you have about 190 max HP, It seems to me that the game damaged you with the Lorentz Kill explosion, which shouldn’t have happened unless you died in the first place. I haven’t seen how the Lorentz’ damage buff with the tokens affects damage, whether it counts all the damage at once or maybe adds the buff’s damage afterwards. Edit: High-Energy Fire brings the Body Shot up to 199 damage, which is a one tap unless at 90 or 100 resilience. They were most likely Charged with Light because they had Precisely Charged equipped, a 1 cost Void CwL mod that allows the user to be charged with light after rapid Precision Final Blows. They could not have been CwL due to Precisely Charged, as they had been killed by AssassinsCouncil less than 12 seconds before with a Bow. They also had no kills after respawning before Benny. They were also not standing in an Empowering Rift, as his firing location is clearly visible while Benny is waiting to respawn.
So Xur's glitched inventory refreshes on every daily reset. This is why the glitched version I have from the first day's rotation is different (snapshot and rangefinder). Yours is from the next day. Basically if people keep holding the glitched instance there will be new rolls every single day after reset.
