    You guys are my go to! Thank you so much! A year ago I pinched my sciatica while holding my 2yo and pregnant but I was also sleeping very much it was like my whole hip down to my toes, so bad my toes were cramping up. Your expertise seriously saved me, not exaggerating! Your stretches and everything else offered by you guys is life saving! I cant think you enough! I recommend you guys to everyone I know even if they are not having issues!

    I'm thinking you should make an action video for kids on this about going to the Zoo. I'm a Turtle (chin tucks), I'm a Butterfly (Butterfly expansions), I'm a Cat, I'm a Camel, I'm a Monkey (hanging), I'm an Orangutan (Doorway Stretch) etc... They spend so much time on their phones, especially 7-10 year olds - if they learned this at an early age it could only help later in life!

      Joan O' Dell patent that idea and run with it!! 😊💜

    • @wahooooh
      @wahooooh 3 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Nice idea, but zoo’s are a little bit depressing. Idk if it’s because I’ve watched so many nature shows, but whenever I end up at a zoo, the animals look out of it or display stereotypic behaviors for captive animals. And the animals are usually just there for profit (purchased or bred to keep guests coming).
      ANYWAYS! I love the idea of combining animals with stretches! And if anything, they can bring wildlife and nature in general or animal sanctuaries into the video!
      Like instead of a trip to a zoo, they could just take a trip out into the wilderness! Or to some wildlife sanctuaries! (imaginary ones of course lol)

    You guys are amazing and helping me so much. Caring for my Mum with dementia has given me a terrible posture, bent over with forward head. Sadly Mum died in Jan but I am trying to improve my posture. You guys make it fun and give me hope that I will achieve it. I am putting a list in my kitchen to do throughout the day. Good posture improves your mood too!
    I used to suffer from low self-esteem.
    Years ago I couldn't figure out why it was almost impossible for me to stand up straight until I had deep tissue massage to release my pectorals which had shortened due to my poor posture and attitude.
    Keep it positive by keeping good posture 🕺

    As I got more flexible with the side-split stretch, I began to feel an intense pain in my hips before I can feel the effective stretch. It got to a point where the pain began to impede my ability to do the stretch. Please, please do a video on this. Thanks Bob and Brad!

      wrong video ; ) don't focus on it; focus on his negative qualities to give you a realistic view [he wasn't perfect; nobody is] focus on other things in your life that you enjoy, don't repeat negative thoughts in your head ['I'll never find anyone' -replace it with something balanced 'this one didn't work out, but there's lots of other guys'] Give yourself time to work through it, and remember that everyone goes through this sooner or later, so you're not alone! Hang in there, this, too shall pass : )
