Perfect stance. I need one of these in my life! I've owned a B8 S4 now since new for about 10 years and perhaps this is the next ride... a lightly pre-owned one would be superb in a few years perhaps!
Nice Car, like the C8 but still prefer my C7 Performance Model for some reason. The first one is I pefer analog gauges (Speed & RPM), another one is lack of sound (even with aftermarket exhaust) and last one is the heavy weight. A friend of mine also has the new C8 and we did put our cars on an industrial balance, his C8 was 198kg heavier than my C7 which is crazy. But we could also see it when accelerating, 0-100km/h mine was 0.15s quicker and from 100-200km/h it was even 0.4s. Is this a show stopper if you want to buy an RS6 ? NO, definitely not, the C8 is a fantastic car, but if you already have a C7 RS6 there is no need to replace the C7 with a C8 - definitely not. Unless you are techy, geeky nerd and always need the newest digital shit, then maybe yes ;-) Anyways, huge congrats to your awesome car, stay safe and enjoy ...
I can totally agree, when it comes to performance and sound the C7 is a clear winner. Looks and technology the c8 is definitely more advanced, however I own a C7 and I'm more than happy with the older design, especially the analog gauges. Thinking about getting a Rs7 c8 tho, it's way cooler than the c7 rs7, which imo is not close as good as the c7 rs6.

Wenn mit jemand Fragen würde. Neuer RS6 oder alter. Würde den alten nehmen. Der neue gefällt mir einfach nicht. Vorallem das Heck und der hintere Radkasten. Das Auto steht sehr breit da, hat aber "keine breiteren Kotflügel" z.B BMW M3 F80. Karosserie und dann geht es nochmals breiter über die Kotflügel. RS6 baut schon sehr weit oben auf und geht nach unten. Sieht für mich einfach nich stimmig aus.
I had both, the new one is so much better. 10 times more eye catching, everybody who sees it loves it, you can only see the difference when having both cars in front of you. It simply looks more muscular and sexy

Love the spec but desperately needs an exhaust upgrade. Engine has the ability to sound so much better

Even with a full exhaust and downpipes and tune these cars aren’t loud.

Beaufiful car. BUT, sound of older model is much better than now. You get better performance but much worse exhaust sound.
