    What type of mirror we use if it is 3m ?
    Where the illumination should be above the chart or mirror?

      ✓Plane mirror, because plane mirror shift the image equal distance from the object without affecting image size.
      ✓Illumination should be 20ft candle or 200lux

      I am saying in a line if patient read more than 50% letter then we will stay this line and minus the unread letters. If patient read less than 50% of the line then we will stay in previous line and plus the read letter. That's the standard we should follow.
