I owned and few things I want to highlight.
1) you will get lot of attention.
2) low end torque is good not great.
3) Mileage is good as well.
4) Pain for Pillion.
5) Driving is agressive so you cannot drive more than hour. Your palm and back will feel the pain
6) Price is bit on higher side.
Quality levels are good.

What I really like about this channel is that Sagar makes the effort to read and respond to the comments.. Which is rare for most other channels(big or small) but not so with him..I remember even during his PD days he was primarily the one replying to the comments and queries..

All the positives and negatives, no holds barred! And I was half expecting this to be a love letter rather than the thorough surgical precision of a review that it actually is! Really well done!

Undoubtedly! It is motorcycle that taught me everything that I know about this world and it continues to impress. Just wish it did not command this high a premium
@@SagarSheldekarOfficial It could do without the electronic aids to be completely honest. For anyone starting off on their journey on two wheels, I think being able to have that connection with the bike is so important. Electronic aids, while great for safety, dont necessarily bode as well for allowing that connection between the rider and the bike. But I can see where they are coming from and cant really blame them for it. I also think they wanted to place themselves in the relatively premium bracket what with so many options in the 150-250 class. The R15 was an aspirational name when it first came out, maybe they want that to be true again.
@@bikramsnehi the electronic aids are welcome ..if they work like they should.. and I would have been willing to pay more if it came with cornering abs in place of TC because that would improve safety 20 fold. TC on this bike is hard to justify

Every time i watch this masterpiece since release, it makes my day. Though the new one has a TFT and it’s faster than the regular V4, there are lots of improvements like abs, panel quality, blinkers, yet this never feels old.

It all started when i saw your review in 2012 when Sarge did a PD review of the R15 V2.0 and i was sold and in love with the bike.
Sarge you solidified my ever longing want to get the R15. Proudly owning one since 2015, and the bike still outperforms every 200 cc and still feels new.❤

Must buy now it seems. Sagar approved- just as I got the 675 listening to u back in 2014. My heart was on the new rc200 which I would get done with the custom alloy BLACK AND GET THE STICKERS TO BLACK SAYING KTM

Think the rear is the same. Don't think it's worth swapping the front as it is still quite soft

Just tested one earlier today, and I can push it further than my RC 200. I hate to admit this but under the hands of a capable rider, the RC won't stand a chance.
This bike is definitely good for dogfights. For a person that is very hard to impress, this bike did it's job very well in impressing me.
The only thing that I don't like about this bike is the price.

Rightly said Sagar, its now highly priced. Earlier almost every other reviewer complained about lack of USD, Quick Shifter and nit picking small things and overshadowing the Gem of a engine and chasis which R15 always offered. Going by trend, Yamaha included every fancy bits and pieces and result is an over priced product (similar case with Honda Hornet with USD). We need more unbiased reviewers like Sagar.

Sarge reviews bike from 1000cc to 150cc and too so perfectly keeping the kind of Rider who is going to ride the bike. He keeps in mind that what people expect from 150cc budget bike to 1000cc Premium bikes. Big Fan Sarge. !!

Bought R15m about a month ago and it costed me 2.15 on road which is alot for a 155cc engine and can’t agree more with your review
My personal opinion with the bike even if it being my first bike is kinda satisfying tbh not happy with the services provided by Yamaha and the quick shifter really feels cheap but the traction control has saved my ass 2 times so won’t argue with that.
Overall I am madly in love with the bike.... hoping to have further good memories with it🖤

RC will be a better option with the more upright ergonomics
Most the recent videos have become more like a review of Sagar rather than the "Machine". In every frame Sagar is the center point. Sometimes the "Machine" is out of the frame.
Note: This is just a genuine observation(no hate). I have been following him from a very long time.
You could blame it on the bigger black bars in the last few reviews to make the video more cinematic but that is not the case in this review as we intentionally shot wider frames to account for the bars

It was a pleasure meeting you at IBW. As we say in auto world .. it was a top notch review. This baby is in my garage now chilling with rc 390 and aprilla sr150. In mum on road goes upto 2.22lac and further pice hike is expected. Anyways the overall package is amazing.
