there is no HDR stream in your video (about 20% higher stream). Your title says so. HDR versions are rare, I have rarely seen them, even from youtubers shooting with a real camera. With a GoPro, to have at least the dynamics of 8 bits, you must use the flat color profile, the YUVJ format is 8 bits 0-255 but YUVJ being obsolete, many software do not know the YUVJ and ignore the 0 values -16 and 239-255 considering YUV 16-239 and the image comes out too contrasty. It would be necessary to encode in HDR starting from the YUVJ format, I don't know how to do it, I converted YUVJ to YUV and I have "normal" videos, but with shadows and clouds, and a better GoPro7 or 8 because fewer pixels for same size sensor.
