    I first saw Tito at the NY Palladium in 1950. He has done a lot for the salsa genre.

      Did you really? I am undertaking a research project for university at the moment about Tito Puente and Latin music in NYC in that time period (50s-70s), would you be interested in talking about your experiences in more depth?
