Man this song really hits home... 8 years ago today I lost my best friend in a bad car accident. The week before his passing we had lost a friend and on the way home from the funeral we started talking about "What if I died?". I can hear him right now telling me "I would want everyone to celebrate my life, and drink a ice cold Corona for me." Well every single year I put a 6 pack of Corona on the corner of where he died, and drink one and poor one out for him. Thanks for this song, this song will forever be a part of my yearly tradition.

An amazing song from an amazing singer. Luke's voice is incredible. I could listen to it all day (and usually do)! I like the acoustic videos (or ones where he sings a song a cappella), it truly shows off his wonderful voice. This song really hit home for me too as I lost my dad about 12 yrs ago, he was only 54 and not a day goes by that I don't miss him. I lost the love of my life on June 16 2013 on father's day ..he tried to stop a bank robber from driving through a parking lot full of women and children with a gun. The robber shot my Vinnie .He died at the scene....he is one of those people you cannot replace ....I will never fully recover ....our hearts always beat as one.

I fell in love with It so I looked it up and now i love it and can relate it for a whole other reason. So many of these lyrics describe exactly what I went through while dealing with the loss of my dad. Such a beautiful, genuine and raw song. Love It.
