This gun is so fun now. But I have 2 slight improvements to help push its identity. 1. The marked enemies increase crit for all weapons, allowing it more of a support dps weapon role for co-op. 2. Richochet also applies the mark, allowing them to benefit from crit+ and have a chance for ANOTHER ricochet. This would really help ricochet damage while not being broken as they naturally prioritize enemies with the highest hp and mark only lasts 2s, so double/triple ricochets would be somewhat rare
I upgraded the weapon with seven catalysts and left it for a while because I started the game with that weapon and it wasn't very good, now that I see the update and its new re-work it left me impressed, now I love that weapon
I think the weapon is still bad or maybe not bad, but it's still not very useful because these dungeons when you are mobbing or just being rushed through still. I can see a future where they decide to introduce a hard mode or tougher mobs where actually having some of our support characters might matter and in that scenario I can see this gun really shining
I pulled out out of my box and now I'm just spreaying around the desert for fun. Colon Special Forces doesn't do much for the weapon because it's ads speed is only half the hipfire speed.
Blare with weapon crit rate build needs like 60%~ crit on the gun to hit 100% crit. Valby and Enzo similar, Hailey barely would need additional crit to get 100% on this gun. Gley should be really good with this gun for the AoE damage and extra mobility.
Correction. The crit debuff on enemies (buff for you) seems to be applied to your base. Meaning they seem to be affected by Mods. In other words it is setting your 7% to a 37% and then modified by mods. It seems to always Crit once set up. At least from the light testing done so far. Showing it crit over 90% of the time (which sounds right as everything has at least some crit resist, so you never hit 100% in live gameplay). And that's from testing with a Bunny, who cannot buff gun crit like Hailey.
So the new ability grants it power to do mobbing, however - is it a replacement for Bunny or Freyna? No. So is this gun a good investment? No. Hailey can do the mobbing with Fallen Hope or Thunder Cage.

Looks like a Hailey Mobbing weapon. Allows for the lock down of groups that set up for a 2 to clear. Gives that extra couple of seconds that ALLL of her animations take to load.
I’m going to say this: ya this is a massive it does make it more viable. The enduring Legacy grind for the casual player (2-3h/day) is a bit rough. The cav is a bit easier. Here is the downfall current “meta” for mobbing is Frayna, Bunny, and Valby. Ability damage. I don’t hear Enzo, Ajax, Hailey, or Kyle clearing a 400% in 3m solo. Gunner builds are still weak when mobbing
Perforator was a loss while Calvary gun was a win this ult patch. I do like ricochet bullet guns. Next up cluster bomb grenade launcher, homing cluster bombs. A tried and true classic. More interesting than a burn dot....
As of now, 400% spec ops are where people at and 1 bunny or freyna is a must or you will have a very slow long clear/grind and guns are only used on bosses and I don't know if this could compete with EL.. I just don't want to grind another gun 10x to lvl40 just to bench it after a week
Unfortunately the gun is too fucking ugly to equip. Some people will say "function over form" or something like that but its hideousness is haunting. It's among the most grotesque weapons in video gaming.
I use Freyna. Been my main since before her buffs and I say she needs a nerf. It's so bad that I don't even take her into public activities anymore. If there's a Freyna in the party, only Freyna is playing the game. Everyone else is just running along for the ride. The devs did NOT think this through. Special operations is worse. They run from point A through point D just dropping poison, screwing everyone else out of shared xp. Everyone does these activities for xp cause let's be real, they're not there for fun, just to show off and be a nuisance. Worse than bunny ever was and she needs to be tuned DOWN a lot.
@@CarySmith87 hopefully most people don't do that. i never clear a zone >150m from farthest working zone. and most times i won't even go to certain zone so others can do it. i see freynas around, but it's not as much as bunny.
She desperately needs dialing back a bit. Either a maximum number of enemies that can be affected by her skills, a maximum radius room zero is able to spread, or something. Wiping out an entire special ops objective using one skill one time and then standing around with a thumb in your ass is too op
@@tim6986 I use my Ult Bunny for Invasions and 400% dungeons, but I only run with her to catch up to others. My favorite Bunny method is to jut hop around and use my grapple hook for multiple damage. It's more fun to me than just running in circles. That being said, I do run in circles sometimes against the bosses. Also, Freyna in the Fortress Defend Albion Resources mission is crazy for leveling weapons. With the daily weapon XP bonus and the Weapon XP attachment, I almost maxed out 4 weapons in like... one hour?

I actually waited for people to get close enough or started it, but pulled the enemies towards where they were without killing any just so they'd get the xp. That's a moot point now though. The new defense spec ops doesn't have the distance limitation sterile lands had since it's small enough for everyone to get xp regardless of where you are. Yes, they'll kill everything fast, but the amount of time it takes to level something up now is incredibly fast so you only have to wait 8 or so min to get your weapon to lvl 30. If they leave these new defense spec ops, its their decision to waste time waiting for a Freyna-less pug because it's going to be very few and far between.

The camera shake when firing this weapon is unbearable. Idc how good it is, I can't push myself to use it lol

Guys use the new mode bullet integration if you have it unlocked instead of Sweeping squad it’s 10 times better.

Agreed. I was thinking of building one for Enzo however every vid I see is convincing me it's not worth the effort.
