@@savagedrew Nazeistra's Devotion is more a Dirty Harry's Magnum .44 than Perforator, by Sound Effects and by practice. My Sharen disintegrates Vulgus bosses with one shot most of time. Besides handgun is synonyms of pistol that is different of a Hand Cannon.
BP farm suggestion: do the normal outpost, it's a 6% drop instead of 10% of hard, but the outpost is way more fast and with Sharen you often get at least one drop since it's the same amorphous for stealth bonus. On the reactor you can get one BP every about 10 very fast and cheap fights.
I am a new player, and I built Greg's first (I hate SMGS) as my mobbing weapon. My next choice is a Naz Devotion, Perf or Piercing Light to farm. I would build this ideally for Hailey, would you still recommend Perf even though it's perk is AOE? Would you build Perf and Piercing Light? Can't I do the same thing with Naz's Devotion for bossing as Perf?
Would it benefit swapping a mod out for electric enchantment to strip defense? Or would the difference not matter in damage output? Also, what are your passives? I assume firearm ark, crit damage, crit chanc. Then weak point?
Apparently you can’t farm the Amorphous 69 in the Unknown Lab anymore so the only way to get the Synthetic for this Gun is to farm 18 with a 3% chance to drop from the Executioner Boss, This is Not Cool!

This new Perforator may do the truck, but honestly with the new unique ability, plus its design, it looks even more like a discount Sunshot.
They couldn't of just given it the old Firefly perk from Destiny eh? They needed to throw out a fuck ton of meteors? Alright so put a Greg's, Vestigal Gley and Perforator on one team oh and I guess a Lepic 4 for good measure.
I wouldn't recommend the Perforator in an intercept fight over Nazeistra. Nazeistra's Def Shred is still better for teams in terms of DPS. Add in the fact that the Perforator is like a Greg's-lite. The explosion points don't bother me like others but the fact that the grenades fly out in an arc from the weapon instead of raining down like Greg's, makes it much worse. It forces the gun to be close to mid range at best, while Greg's doesn't care about distance. I do think the Perforator is better now than it was before, but I would take Nazeistra's Debuff and high natural Crit any day over it as a Hand Cannon of choice. And of course the Peace Maker at an even higher priority on those that can use it. Making the Perforator still the worst of the 3 Ultimate Hand Cannons. Now you'll also piss off people that have visual problems with Greg's too, if you use Perforator.
My issue with this for hailey is its going to be too slow, great she does loads of damage, but her walking speed is about -20mph, at best you can solo a dungeon in an hour at worst there's nothing to kill as bunny and freyna have already killed it.
No issue, not everyone want to play a walking/running simulator. They actually want a challenge, and or want to play someone else. And a hour is reaching. Cut off the ability and run to the next objective/roll/grapple hook. Yes u actually have to play the game "boo hoo"
I believe that shooting non weak points vs shooting weak points feeds the same amount of frenzy. Someone did a test a while ago so shooting the chest or weak point with zenith do the same so you should always time your shots with Hailey’s zenith
Why dont youtubers spawn the legion of darkness in the lab so we can see the actual damage. Everyone shows on the weakest group of emeimies in the lab. Your damage will be insanely lower if you did this test on legion
Why tf does the PERFORATOR spawn effing meterors on hit? That has absolutely nothing to do with the identity of the gun. These devs piss me off, they have absolutely no artistic vision whatsoever. Just turn every weapon and character into a nuke. Spare us the waiting.

You mentioned the way the new reactors work by combination, that would be a worthwhile video to explore as no one understands it clearly yet.

I've actually been using the perf with Hailey. It was good in Colossus flights but not good enough for an activator. I might have to use one now

you can crank up the damage more if you use walk a tight rope and use her abilities to drop below 50%

No. No unique weapon triggers abilities from Ultimate Weapons.
