    Currently in an F30 335i that's FBO, Stage 2+, etc. sitting just over 400whp and in the 11.5 range. This video kind of makes me want one of these Audi's though, more room, same power/times lol. I wonder if they break as often as BMW's though, and everything requires midget fingers and and special tools to fix.

    Idk if I’m wrong but I’ve seen that the B8/B8.5 S4 when you use launch control the DSG doesn’t fart and for some reason it shifts very slow, the SQ5 with the ZF8 when use launch control and engage amax it’s just bang bang bang shifts, I feel like for drag racing the ZF8 is the better transmission idk someone correct me if I’m wrong

    • @VancityAudi
      @VancityAudi  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      The DSG shifts quicker than the ZF8. When you aren't hearing the fart noises during gear changes with a DSG you're in AMAX mode. I'm guessing you're thinking they are slow because they aren't as abrupt as they are with the ZF8.

      @s3anthony637 I'm not sure. The owner of that SQ5 is a shop owner himself. I'd assume you'd be able to have it warrantied if you reached out directly to Autotech, but I couldn't say for certain.
