A bit less army i feel to protect those Papal bombards. I've noticed many times in 2v2 when a team mate making canons and other Cav Inf to protect canons. Other players don't STAY right on/near to canons to protect it rather go away to kill enemies army and that's the time when bunch of Cavs come and just delete your canons as you can see here. I've Experienced it. And Italy also left his Musks behind and they are not near bombards to protect them.

Would the investment in some wall segments to block and divert the raids be too much to ask? Serious question. I see top players not wasting wood on walls, but these raids look devastating.
man, American civs are absurdly op (both Mexico and USA), they may not be the best at doing an specific stuff, but the fact that those civs can do literally everything the game has to offer is just disgusting
USA is straight up a better European civ in every way, but Mexico is strong because it's unpredictable with the revolts. Imo is the most fun civ to play in the game!
