The line of questioning by the commissioners, including the Chief Justice's was absurd. If she says she didn't do it...and there is no record against her, then let's move on to other more important issues. She is obviously a very eloquent, confident, well-read, intelligent and capable individual. She really did her best to keep calm under than line of questioning. I would have cussed Justice Zondo and Commissioner Nyambi off
Acting Chief Justice Zondo was incorrect and showed malicious intent by demanding Ms Rusi admits wrong doing when she explained her reasons. Mr Notyesi was spot on in not allowing that line of questioning to continue. The chairperson should have stopped all the follow-up questions because Ms had indicated that no such thing had happened. I am happy that she was eventually appointed. The Eastern Cape JP was also angry at the commissioners 😂😂
