    This is one of the most soapie type of case/tribunal yet and quite exciting. A retired judge as chairman. 2 Judges as witnesses, being cross examined. Judges being represented by advocates (SC's) . And a Judge President defended by a (QC). This is much more exciting soapie in its own right.. I love it.

    • @rokfam
      @rokfam 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I'd like one of Judge Hlophe's team to delve into her statement that she 'snapped'. This must suggest that she experienced a momentary loss of rational behaviour and whether this is becoming or not of a judge in those circumstances. Perhaps her going back on her decision not to complain about Judge Hlophe motivated by a similar loss of rationality.

    Justice Nkabinde influenced by the collective judges. I may understand that they may have thought they have a case but since the tribunal started, they seem to have a political motif against Judge Hlophe. Its embarrassing. She was not influence, Jafta was not influenced by Hlophe, so the case is him talking to these two judges about an alleged influence. Where is the case here legal minds?
