Commissioners were far harsher on this candidate than they were yesterday towards the female candidate. It's so obvious and insults the intelligence of the female judge who obviously did not need them doing that.
@@thoughtist101 no it doesn’t. He stutters a lot and waffles. He is not articulate. He also obtained a degree as a mature student. Academic prowess is important.
He sound like a smart man but the allegations and observations of favoritisms towards Ramaphosa and hatred or oppression towards Zuma weigh heavily above his heard and therefore he cannot be trusted
@Clement Mabunda He certainly sounds as though he does have an axe to grind. His question about struggle credentials as Pre-requisite to be appointed as chief Justice should have been ruled as our of order by the chair.
Please cascade case lines to small claims court. How can it be that a commissioner of the small claims court finds in favour of a small business in the face of solid evidence and one month later the litigant can come back and submit the same claim again and the SCC allows the EME to be dragged through he same process again??
He is experienced yes, very knowledgeable but where there is smoke there is in most cases fire, the allegations of sexual harrassment don't sit well with me, and the fact that he once said judges, lawyers, advocates and magistrates and backstabbers was very wrong and to me that's the one issue that was hard to swallow

I didn't know about the judiciary day; however, I believe it must run between a week to a month and ensuring accessibility in terms of language diversity
I appeared in front of the JP 04 (four) times starting from 25 September 2018 (I think it was Wed) face to face and argued 02 cases...one won one lost...He (the JP) displayed a deep understanding of the law and he could summarise the issues with alarming clarity and reduce the 04/05 page Heads of Argument to one paragraph and the parties quickly finish the arguments. Lack emotional intelligence(nit able to rise above his political preferences). Also seems like an own-wise control freak with a very low tolerance threshhold to dissent. He says the integrity of judges are under attack, yet when he himself had an opportunity to dispel such perceptions, instead sealed records that could exonerate the judges. He shouldn't even be a JP.
This judge does not inspire confidence at all. He was running away from police during the freedom struggle and is now Jailing Zuma who fought for freedom, Sisulu article is real.
Why is Lesotho an independent state? It is landlocked and it is very reliant on South Africa for its survival. Now we find they even rely on our justices?
Lesotho is a sovereign Monarchy. It is intertwined with South Africa physically and economically. The best relationship model between Lesotho and South Africa is that of a principality such as Monaco and France, or !Liechtenstein-or, Luxembourg In the EU. By becoming a South African province it loses some of its endowments such as water and hydropower, wind power, diamonds, but most of all it loses its superior education standards and work ethics.
A very clear and confident Legal Mind, you have my vote Judge President Mlambo.
We miss Mokgoeng’s strategic thinking, articulate eloquence, not tripping on words.
I feel you...
Being accessible and being a present leader does not mean that you are there to police people.
Adv Madonsela had it the other way.
I like the way he expounds on his vision. Excellent

I just love The Judge President...…He is one firm judge i know in SA
He's very knowledgeable and explains things clearly-no stuttering.
Stuttering means you not knowledgeable?
No stuttering but his judgements will follow him ,his family and future generations for a long long time.

Modernisation is the way to go and we can use BRICS relations to collaborate with Brazil' in establishing functional e-Courts
There was no finding for Ramaphosa but documents was sealed I don't understand
He doesn’t talk to setting up the criteria for appointing the acting judges, he’s being historical, no futuristic vision.
The constitutional court is an extension of Ramaphosa faction of ANC.

How did Mlambo become a judge without acquiring LLB?
@Mahlatsi Mojela
He first became a judge in 1997 prior to an LLB becoming a requirement. So at that time he was suitably qualified for the post.
Not zondo please
Dusbim under qualified yet he assumed highest offices,a fraudster
Maya for CJ
