Nice vid. I'm glad to see they cleaned up that area of the strip. I remember when that area was the Imperial Palace. What an eyesore. Of course, as far as I'm concerned the best thing to happen to the Strip was when Total Wine opened up shop all those years ago.

I stayed at the Linq last December, and enjoyed it very much. A few notes; the Dunkin' at the front of the property (3:40 in the video) has 2 service windows. The one outside on the strip usually has no line. Across from the sundries shop (2:22) are public washrooms. The men's is poorly designed, an L shape with the stalls and sinks near the entrance, and the urinals in the rear. Not a good place to stop if you just need to pee. 😂 If you stay at the Linq and fail to eat at Hash House a Go Go, you have cheated yourself. I'm not much of a breakfast person, HHAGG is a must for me. The Promenade is great. I have physical limitations, the Linq Promenade gives me a fun place with many dinning options, some entertainment options, and a good place to hang out without completely wiping me out.

I just booked the Linq (wanted Paris but need to save $$) for my 50th in August and I’m nervous. While I don’t need expensive hotels, I also don’t want to feel like I’m staying at a Travelodge or Motel 6). Hoping it’ll be ok, someone confirm I’ll like it! 😬😃
On the plus side, I’m obsessed with Dunkin and have to have a Caramel Craze Latte every morning, so pleased about that.

Great video/tour, as always! Couldn’t help but notice how spread out the slot machines were throughout the casino… it looks like they have too much space on the casino floor so they had to stretch out the placement of the slots😂
Visited Las Vegas for the first time (and not the last) in March and my wife and I stayed at the Linq. The room was enormous and it was in the middle of such a happening area. Absolutely loved it!!

If I stay at the LINQ, can I park my car for free?
I was considering staying at the LINQ instead of the Venetian for a medical conference. I care about the gym at the Line, if there is a coffee maker in the room, a safe and how far is the walk to the Venetian? Can you explain that?
Hi CieAllmanScott, and thanks so much for watching. 🙂. Sadly, the Linq rooms don’t have coffee makers. TRUST ME, not having a coffee maker in the room is a huge pet peeve with me. Hence, why Jeff goes looking for the closest coffee places by the room elevators. 😁
All rooms have a safe, and if you need a refrigerator for medical purposes, they will accommodate you.
The walk to the Venetian is about 10 mins from there, about 1/2 a mile.

The fact of the matter is that money has been getting very tight lately and I just can’t afford TH-cam memberships.
