We just came back about a month ago and had an absolute blast. We had a poolside room (called a cabana room) and was a little costly but so worth it. The pool environment there was so much fun. Great way to spend my 50th birthday! Funny, we met the security guy that was at the pool in your video. His name is Amad and was a great dude to talk to.
Best video I have seen on the Linq - Does the pool allow you to bring your own water? How much did security search you when you went in the pool? Also is there a bathroom by the pool?
Thanks you so much for the compliment 🥰 Security doesnt like cavity search u or anything more like they just sift thru your bag. I think there's a sign as u walk in no outside drinks but they do have water stations set up for you to drink water when I was there. There are plenty of bathrooms at the pool its back in the building behind the bar.
This is disappointing to see/hear that they have removed the empty refrigerators that used to be in the guest rooms. It was located in the lower area of the closet that you see in this video. That ice bucket is a, "new" feature as before with the fridge there was no bucket offered. I hate to see this as this was one of the reasons we would stay at the Linq. To have a usable refrigerator during out weeks stay for beverages or food we brought back from various restaurants we visited. Thank you for the video and the update on the current room amenities.
@@33atomlinson I understand that one can request one for, "medical necessity" but in my trips to Vegas staying in the Linq from 2017 thru 2022 our room had a refrigerator in it and it was appreciated because we could stock it with our own beverages and place food from restaurants during our stay. I am glad one can request a refrigerator but having to do just that is removing a bit of the convenience of staying at the Linq. This must be a Ceasar's thing as I noticed the refrigerators have also been removed from all of the rooms at the neighboring Flamingo which is a shame. Prices going up and convenient amenities being removed.
Ok here's the real real... the Linq pool IS clean BUT for example in ANY Vegas pool on a busy day there's a lot of sunscreen etc so it starts to turn cloudy.. if you're at a pool party and people don't leave the pool ever... yeah ... so it mostly depends on the crowd that is there that day but since it is a smaller pool it's def a standing pool not a submerge your head under when it's busy pool if that makes sense.. Other casinos do have bigger pools where you won't notice the sunscreen as much.. But I LOVE the Linq pool and so will you! Just start your day earlier than later 😉
wooooow really? ive never had an issue getting a chair when I get there early.. they do have sections for reservations but we usually just get a chair by the back pool area and end up playing games in and out of the pool all day or chillin in the chair
No Fridge or Coffeepot?????? I never knew there where hotels that did not have these amenities. I was looking into this [place and they even charge an extra $35 a night just for fees. NO THANKS
Most hotels did away with this after Covid. A lot of them you can request a coffee pot in the room at check in and they will provide you a keurig. Every Casino hotel in Vegas charges the extra resort fee at check in.. $35 is cheap some of them are $75 a night.

When booking a room at The Linq, tell them you need a refrigerator in your room for your medicine. They will bring one to your room, no charge.

they sent me an e-mail to reserve a chair at the pool for like $175?!
