lol, Hey You Pikachu is truly a cute game unless you were a kid like me going to speech therapy because you struggled with the "th" sound. That game sucked for any kid with an accent or speech disability and it was low key hilarious for it. 100% the game was way too ahead of it's time.

Enjoyed this lmfao. As someone who just finished pokemon ranger: guardian signs in like 4 days, yeah it's tedious, but I'll be honest I didn't mind it at all! Gameplay was constantly updated there with new uses and focusing on other things than looping pokemon (I think that Shadows of Almia is better story wise though, but Guardian Signs is actually preeeeetty good story wise, if not a bit overwhelming.)
I'll be completely honest with you...I kinda liked Guardian Signs haha It was wayyyy better than the first one ofc, but I think it was still pretty fun regardless of the mechanic lol
@@BetaComboZ granted the first game was SO HARD, the change was necessary if you really wanted to enjoy any of the sequel games. I think the game deserves a remake and some of that lime light, just include more features and change it up a bit more, y'know?

It was changed for the US versions after children's book author and cultural critic Carole Boston Weatherford published an article in the Greensboro News & Record alleging that Jynx's design bore a striking resemblance to blackface actors which is considered racist against African Americans. A simple google search would tell you that but you wanted to call out someone for being racist when you did 0 research as to why it was changed in the US versions. This was also done for Bellossom and Smoochum’s sprites.
