In Seattle, one could not have open shelving because all the stuff would fall out during E-quakes!

400 sq/ft? I swear we take a lot for granted in Atlanta cuz my 3700 sq/ feet seems small! NYers really maximize space and incorporate style so effectively. Nice job Gloria!

Not saying this I’m a rude way but Atlanta has extremely cheap rent compared to New York LA Vancouver or Toronto …
Wow!I’ve never been in 3700 sq feet. I grew up in what was maybe 1800 sq feet. Then lived below low 1000 sq feet for 25 + years. My favorite condo was 750 sq feet. Two beds 1 bath. I lived there a very long time. Now I’m in 1350 sq feet and honestly it’s too much. I would not have the slightest idea what to do with anything over 2000 sq ft.
Floor to ceiling windows is all you had to say. I’m in love.
I was thinking why not choose the balcony option but with the rooftop she actually still has the best of both-view and rooftop! Nice

I'd be torn too, but with a common roofdeck there is no privacy and lots of unwanted company!

Grew up in a flat that had a very beautiful roof top 🌺💕❤️💕🌺👍I love a windy rooftop, what a beautiful experience, she needs good company of friends to enjoy it.

@Elizabeth Lived in NYC for 30 years and know this area well. I'm estimating her studio apt cost $2,600-$3,200 per month... . Due to the recent construction, nice floors/windows, quality bathroom and view she is paying a hefty price. nothing is cheapin nyc anymore, not even studio apts in old buildings!

Everybody says FB MarketPlace rocks, but NOT here in podunk mid-America. I live in a town that thinks it’s a city, but really IS NOT. There is rarely anything cool or unique up on FBM- just country decor that is vomitrocious

This apartment is the biggest 400 Sq ft I've ever seen. The "bones" of the place really help. It's very well configured and this woman has the taste to make it a prefect haven of style and comfort.

I have to say this is by far the most amazing tiny apartment I have seen so far and I’ve seen manyyyy. I love how she made each section’s vibe cohesive. I live in Queens and I’m ready to move to BK or Manhattan!

Trendy interior just like your blue oversized suit and in the evening and night the lights will be breathtaking.
This girl needs her own design company for ppl on a budget that still want this calm, quiet, soothing, Zen vibe but don’t have thousands to blow on decor.
She did a PHENOMENAL job of creating defined spaces in basically one big square. It had great bones and a quality build which totally helped set the stage.
I’m afraid to ask, but how much rent does she pay? Are there HOA/Condo fees?

❤this is a dream. But I have to comment on the people featured in this series. Very young with very high profile living spaces. My good friend living on Lexington Avenue in Manhattan was making WELL over 6 figures and was sharing with a roommate a train wreck of an apartment. 2 rooms, kitchen, bath for $3500. 😮 How are these spaces afforded?
