1/8" Horseshoe shims taped to the frame at the top and latch side. Just jam the door against them and go to town.
if the screws got loose to the frame, how to remove the cover that covers the screws that hold the frame to the hinge? Is there a special too for that?
Need to destroy it to remove. Easiest is to use an angle grinder down the middle.
You can’t you have to peel it off. The cover comes off like peeling a banana. Pull the cover and replace the hinge with a new one.

Did you ever hear of an air bag? Don’t waists your time with shims. Get an air bag. I’ve installed more of these hinges than anyone else where I work.
