My self care recently has been taking a bubble bath while watching tiktok live weather specifically with tornado chasers. I’m obsessed but haven’t had the experience thankfully. But after last year in the summer dealing with smaller tornados here I’m getting worried about upcoming weather. Those are awesome pics you have!
That's a great list! As a lifelong resident of the mid-South, I'd also add that some of us consider that it's ALWAYS tornado season here. Plan accordingly. And one actual suggestion - maybe store some water bottles and a large flashlight in your tornado-safe waiting space along with the weather radio. If it's the middle of the night, you'll be glad you had some backup light that doesn't drain your phone's battery while trying to assess damages while the power's out.
