I love that word spritzles, one I haven't used in a while. Definitely could use some rain in many areas, although I must say this weather has been magical to go along with the great Fall Foliage. I will get my photo files figured out so I can show off some of my fall foliage shots in the next video.
Keeping an eye on this, as we don't need this getting anywhere close to Florida. So far I am hoping that blocking high and dry air keep this system away from Fort Lauderdale area and pushes this further east. I will keep you posted and updated.

Definitely couldn't agree more, let's pray those two arrows don't happen. We ultimately need this to somehow become a fish storm, unfortunately it has to hit somewhere to get out of the Caribbean. I am hoping it finds a way to squeeze around the Caribbean islands and make a quick clean exit northeast. Not liking this weather pattern we are in though, as it makes the steering currents very unreliable and so much uncertainty. Nevertheless keeping close watch on this and hoping for the best.
Watching that potential closely, as trends have been to bring this just east of Florida, and if that high builds west like it may be looking to do come Nov 2-6 time frame, we could very well be looking at this try to spin toward Fort Myers and westward. Too early to tell as trends have been all over the place, but the splitting the difference takes it close to south Florida or east coast of Florida. I think the chance so far are running elevated into the 25-35% range of this occurring. I will keep you posted.

I saw gfs modol showing almost majoy hurricane winds here grandy nc that got me concern will it happen i see over 100 mph winds here grandy nc i really hope it is wrong i hope we just get rain here grandy nc not majoy hurricane winds

It’s not completely out of the question. The current pattern is unlikely to break down anytime before Thanksgiving, and may even intensify from Halloween into early November.
Great question, looking out medium to long range is starting to get concerning, as it is starting to look like that blocking high pressure may stay in place across your area of Grandy NC for another 3 to 4 weeks, potentially even longer now. It is very difficult to get a pattern to break down like this. When it does, it usually does it very quickly but most likely maybe not til after Thanksgiving.

What do you think the chances are off the storm making landfall in about fort Myers and exiting around the palm beach/broward country line.
