Race 2 reverse grid handicap, Round 2 at Hampton Downs with Daihatsu Challenge NZ.
Massively handicapped here, starting more than 12 seconds behind the first group for this 6 lap sprint race. Given that the group in front of me were slowing each other down, I made the most of the clear track between us and caught up relatively fast. I may not have had a chance to win this one but boy were these battles fun! Some of the best racing yet

yes, all of the Daihatsu's in our class have to run either a K3 or 3SZ engine and both engine and gearbox are not allowed to be modified. The Copen is still running the factory K3-VE and is currently winning the championship after the first 2 rounds!
