@@DinnerForkTongue worth it
@@DinnerForkTongue Unless your using coupons at subway, the price difference is negligible if you factor in the quality.
Make sure you try it with the cherry pepper relish. I do mayo on both sides of the bread and cherry pepper relish and it doesn’t even matter which sandwich I get, it’s gonna be bomb.
I guess you never heard of opinions? It’s not better, just what you think, lol….
you know your sleep schedule is messed up when gmm uploads and you're still awake...
Yeahhhh same
yesssss
Same. If I'm not working I automatically end up sleeping like a third shifter.
felt
Oof, I felt that hard lol
We call Subway, "Sadway" in our home. Jersey Mike's has that amazing cherry pepper relish that you really can't get anywhere else.
We call Subway "Scrubway"
That relish made me love mikes dude best sandwich condiment
Is the cherry pepper relish super spicy?
Slobway for me
@@amandatl Only slightly, it's more tangy and just really flavorful.
Jersey Mike's = YUM!
Don't worry, Link, a New Jersey native is here to help; prosciuttini is pronounced pro-shoe-tee-knee, and cappacuolo is pronounced cap-a-cool-oh.
As an actual NJ native cappacuolo is pronounced gab-a-gool
@@absolutezerok yeah, if you just moved here from the city, or watch too much Sopranos, or are from an aggressively Italian-American family from northeast Jersey, then yeah
@@absolutezerok oh, also, it's capicola that some people pronounce gab-a-gool, not cappacuolo
He knows. It was a joke lol.
Philly native here, it’s pronounced Cappa Cola.
They always determine my next craving and now I kinda want Jersey Mike’s
Foreal! You ever feel like you dont have a appetite watch them you will for sure crave it after 😂
I'm sayin
I need to see Stewart and Jannifer again 😭 their characters are so funny
Yes! I’m surprised not many people are talking about them!
the twitter beef they show at the beginning always feel so soulless , these companies need to hire better social media people
I want blood
As an ex Jersey Mike's employee, I can't agree more with their opinions! JM is just better. You pay for it definitely but worth it IMO
"It's NOT perfect" That timing was IMPECCABLE
I love the fact that Link said "Look what I found!" when he was given the Sprite, referencing a running gag in the show
Which gag
@@RBkaj You know, the one when he says "Look what I found", that gag.
@@RBkaj In the "Extreme Ice Bath" episode, he finds a Sprite in the ice bath, and says "Look what I found!"
As a former jersey mikes employee I can confirm that we cook our cheesesteaks on a griddle AND make our own roast beef in house 😋
Subway is what you eat when it's there and you want a sandwich. Jersey Mike's is when you want a sandwich that makes you smile.
That is exactly right
It still surprises me how much these sandwiches cost 😂 for that price you can get a whole warm meal.
Cali is more expensive then rest of the nation, and then with the skyrocketing of inflation, anything that was $5 roughly is now $12+
What if I want a sandwich and not a whole warm meal though 👀
a jersey mikes sandwich is pretty filling
@@CJVP99 would you prefer a $5 sandwich or a $12 sandwich? 😂 If they're only that expensive in Cal2then I get it but I would never pay $12 for a sandwich personally
@@MythicalPhoebe they looked pretty good indeed 👀
Dear Rhett and Link,
As a proud Jersey Mike’s employee, I knew before I clicked on the video that there is truly no competition here. However I appreciate your knowledgeable input, because it will bring an already more conclusive end to the Subway franchise.
Thanks!
They beat you guys in price. That matters too in the real world.

Price and availability. Subway is global, Jersey Mike's isn't even national.
have to give this episode to "Subway Stewart" and "Jannifer". Great job, you two.
Jersey mikes cheese steak is legit. The ones i've been to have the full stove top thing behind the counter and they do indeed cook it there.
This was expected, but we gotta do Firehouse vs Jersey Mikes!!
Jersey Mike's still wins in my opinion, but it would at least be close.
I feel like this isn’t even a question…Jersey Mikes all the way!
I've been to plenty Jersey Mikes up and down the coast and they're always consistent and the best.
Subway vs Jersey Mike's - slingshot vs shotgun fight for sure. Jersey Mike's Big Kahuna cheesesteak, just a perfect sandwich IMO. Subway - what to eat when you have no other options pretty much.
Man, I'm so lost. I eat subway all the time, and I've ALWAYS enjoyed it. Yet, I've never even been to a Jersey Mikes... I'm living a lie.
@@karenamyx2205 If you're happy with it, that's perfect. Still, I'd recommend giving Jersey Mike's a try cause if you are happy with Subway there's a good chance you'll just love Jersey Mike's. Nothing against Subway, but for me, they are worlds apart.
Try the big kahuna with a little Mayo, and jalapeños. It’s fantastic!
At every subway I've been to, cutting the footlong in half is the default. Get with it, RHETT
"I'm getting embarrassed for Subway." - Link 🤣🤣🤣
An episode that actually made a life change for me! Thanks!
No meatball?
Man, this went exactly the way I thought it would. I wish there was a Jersey Mike's closer to me.
Having worked at Jersey Mike's, I can confirm that we disappear into a void in the back and cook on the griddle
Yay! Link’s peach sweater makes a comeback. I love it. And it really suits him. I want one. Xx
Been with jersey mikes almost 10 years. Everything is prepped and cooked fresh Dailey. You guys should’ve tried the cookies !
