This was the first time I ever made Bajji this perfect & very tasty in my life. Good job of posting this ! Thanking you ! -------------- I am in my mid-40s. Probably, this was first time I have ever made a Bajji perfect (in my entire life so far). I have tried to make Bajji 100s of times, if not thousands. Tried even few recipes here in youtube. Every time, it was messed up one way or other. I did not believe/expect that this one would turn out to be my facvor. But, surprisingly, this one worked very well for me. Not only it was very tasty, it came exactly as the presenter says (like the one they make in tea shops..it was crispy too). Wow ! One of the best feeling - I can't believe I had a great Bajji this time (without my usual longer waits even for an year & longings to eat Bajji only during my yearly-once India trips).
Bajji is one of best snack of Indian cultural foods !
