It makes sense for both Somalia and Turkey since Turkey needs spaceport and Somalia is in the most perfect spot on the earth to do that as it sits on the equator and anything that shoots from the seas of Somalia has a quicker reach to the space.
Also, we have good time management, unlike the West and Asia. Our time zones are true
If the sun comes out at 6, then the sunsets at 6 as well, unlike anywhere else where.
Somalia need to recognise that they're sitting on a goldmine of land they're truly blessed just need to put their heads together

Turkïya played a big role in desanctioning Somalia. They were integral in western negotiations and had a large past history of humanitarian aid when Somalia needed it during the sanctions. With those sanctions lifted, and economic and military escalations in the region, Turkïya poses a bigger partnership with Somalia than the Globe might think. Especially with BRICS and other economic cooperations around the globe. Several other partners may pop up too, following this move.

Turkey has already built the largest base and embassy in Somalia, and is training tens of thousands of Somali officers, sailors and fighter pilots at Turkish Academies, which will elevate the Somali Armed Forces to NATO tier standards within a decade. Now Turkey is doubling down on their commitment by establishing a Spaceport, a ballistic Missile Test site for the Indian Ocean and will assist Somalia with oil and gas exploration. 30% for the Turks is a good deal for Somalia, and offsets the cost of maintaining a costly naval presence in Somali waters for Turkey. The strong maritime security in turn will allow for the proliferation of oil and gas projects, as well as the establishment of a Blue Economy. This has the potential to yield hundreds of billions of dollars for the Somali economy, and with a population of 18 million, the country could be lifted out of poverty in a single generation. The Somali government would in turn have the necessary funds to maintain its own large navy and merchant fleet like before the war, when the Somali merchant fleet was the largest in the Islamic world. 70% of something is better than 100% of nothing. What Turkey is doing for Somalia and how its transforming the country economically and militarily will be studied in political science and economics classes decades from now.

Türkiye are building a completly renewed state, training their army, arming them and invest on education and health care over there. In return, Somalian presiden said that by taking care of the countrys security and helping them to extract their natural sources from the ocean, Türkiye could get 30% of everything that comes out of the water. This is win-win situation for both nations. Türkiye has the only and biggest fleet of seismic and drilling modern oil ships in the region and huge knowledge.

It's the world's largest gas reservoir off the coast of hobyo. Plenty of natural gas deposit. As per near future there will not be a country named Somalia for that belongs to bygone era of colonialism wildering people onto unfunctinal incoherent modern provoked governance, where that failed state capitalized and enforced on what was the origin naturally purpose of nationhood of the Somalis(traders by sea and land). The old concept is out to be replaced by ancient roots of adalites system of aristocracy.
