It's actually very important, this one particular scene that was deleted out where he tells him he will have to turn every full moon again. That's crazy and completely changes the mood of the whole scene.

In the real episode itself Klaus doesn't tell Tyler that he has to turn all the time and live with the torture. He does everything else, from holding him up against the tree and telling him he will let him live and that he's nothing. But they cut the part out about him telling him to turn. The reason I say this whole part was important is because when you go back to The Vampire Diaries Tyler is still a hybrid who returns after his vendetta. But he's afraid of having to turn again every full moon. But you never understand why in the regular show because we're supposed to think he can control it.

And feared that result when becoming a wolf all over. Because originally he mastered turning like it was nothing to him in order to break the hybrid sire spell from Klaus. It made no sense for him to still have feared change all over again for no reason. Basically Klaus just reversed Tyler mentally so he'd have to change and be terrified of the process too.
With biting Caroline part yes since Stefan was the one causing him trouble by stealing Klaus’s family coffins and he should’ve went after Stefan instead. But with Tyler’s mom, no way, his mom knew that Tyler was planning to dagger and bury Klaus and put him in Rebekah’s body and how vengeful Klaus is but didn’t bother trying to talk Tyler out of it and encouraged him to go through with it so she deserved to get killed by Klaus for that.
