I remember Mary O Hara's amazing voice from many years ago on BBC TV when she restarted her singing career after 12 years hidden away in a convent, but never heard her sing this beautiful hymn before, now im addicted all over again.
Mary is a great singer and a very beautiful lady. I saw her in concert in Londonderry's Guildhall back in 1991 and was enthralled by her singing and harp playing.
I dedicate this song to all the brave men and women who run into harms way to help people during times of crises. And those survivers of abuse, torture and trauma and those with PTSD still battling their invisible wounds, and may the people who never came home RIP ❤🧡💛💚💙💜
She embodies the spirit and the tone necessary for this childlike affirmation of faith, using the text of the Requiem Mass of the Church. Much better than Sarah B.

She was not hidden away she was morning the loss of her husband of a year
The fact that she isn’t classically trained and can sing this flawlessly proves just how talented Mary really is. It’s incredible!
