Thankfully his cancer is in remission but he can no longer eat solid food. He drinks 5-530 calorie protein drinks that have a lot of other nutrients daily. Since our children are grown now I have struggled to cook for just me. I’ve spent entirely too much money on Door Dash over the years. You’ve given me some great ideas! He hasn’t been able to eat solids now for three years. I love your cooking videos!! ❤ I write down the ingredients and recipes! I plan to order this next time I order groceries. I don’t go because I can’t risk getting a cold or anything and giving him.

That yogurt bowl looked so good! I’ll have to try that for breakfast. The idea for the rice paper Caesar wrap was great too. Like you said not necessary but makes it more fun to eat!
My gamechanger which eat for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, is Shin Ramen with 2Tbsp peanut butter, and a healthy squirt of Sriracha. If you are feeling fancy, cut up a green onion, but not required. Total. Game. Changer.
I have two more what I eat in a day videos already filmed, but how did you know the next what I eat in a day that I plan to film I am going to include the Shin ramen with peanut butter? 😂 that was our go to meal when I was working in conservation at white sands np and camping all week!

Steam a piece of fish... Ingredients are recao/ culantro ( a must) white onion in bottom of pot...garlic .. pink Himalayan salt..cut .pumpkin steams in 10 minutes... Rice cooks in 10 minutes

Freeze-dried fruits and veggies for soups, yogurt, and ramen were a game changer for me.
